Pilot wont light, but sparks. I've done the q-tip/pipe cleaner, got some black crap out, no change. Tried some compressed air, no change. Tried several 1# propane tanks, no change. It's on high laying on side overnight. Fingers 🤞 and cold toes crossed it lughts in morning. I'll let u know either way.

If you think of doing a rebuild at some point, you could relocate the bed at the back and turn it into a Murphy bed and use the overhead deck as storage space. More feasible at the moment, to be more stealth, you could add fake venting grill on hinges over the window 🤔. Thats what I'm planning to do my box truck (when I can buy one).

Yeah, the insurance, sheer size and weight of 14 feet box trucks with duelies (that many cities outright ban from parking in the street) is a huge hassle. That's why I'm going for a more compact build with a 12 feet box with a single set of rear wheels. Fitting a livable space will be a bit more challenging, but the savings and far less troublesome weights regulation are worth it!

I do the same thing. Not because it's all that hard to get to, but because you can do it without spilling a single drop. That is tough/impossible with a 5 gallon jug of diesel.

The problem is that this is a temporary fix . The oil is still stuck inside the tubes and parts . Too truely fix it you would have to disassemble everything and blow the lines out with air .

Canadian Tire has a device called Pocket Pump flex. Super convenient, takes AA batteries. Would work easily for you. They are a little costly 60 or 70$. Hope this helps
