This is one of the most famous in Hong Kong for its roast goose. It was formerly a Michelin One Star and became Bib Gourmand. The half goose portion is not very large today. Kam's is a breakaway from Yung Kee during the family fued. I personally like Kam's Roast Goose better. The queue here is atrocious during lunch time and can be as long as over an hour mostly tourists. Is the roast goose worth the wait? I will probably go to Ki's a short walk away. No problem, so long as you need to transfer. Sorry I was doing a round of travel before sitting down to reply. Some comments did not show up on my feed during my travels.
