reaction vid is great! awesome job but i find the mischaracterization of vincent frustrating.. the video implies that hes abusive but he isnt his bistro is huge and he holds everyone to high standards. even WHEN he slaps rody he turns around and bandages him, he also gave rody his umbrella after finding out rody doesn't own one. vincent is one of those characters where it's easy to mischaracterize them but i just find rody saying "he treats all the chefs like that" bizzare. since vince broke his policy to keep rody working.

Sorry, but Vince is abusive, at least to Rody. Even if he turns around and bandages his cut, he still literally hits his own employee because of an accident. If you brought it to court, it would be considered assault, so, yeah. Sure, he isn't 100% evil to Rody since he does seem to at least care a little about him, but he still hit his employee. Which is unethical and illegal. I wonder how you would think if your boss slapped you because you accidently got cut? Not attacking, just trying to explain why he really is abusive
