I normaly prefer the position like in 24:43 This is a good defensive position. Even if it is not perfect but you can never cover everything on your own in a battle. That is why you are usually in a buddy team or more... in the best case scenario.

Yes, I am well aware of that and it has happened to me once. But in this situation it was a discretionary decision for me. Of course the risk was there. However, it was very unlikely that I could have been hit from behind with this heavy mortar fire + our air support in the area.
