I've been on a monkey hunt looking for these things online. Their FB page has a broken link to the company website. Possible out of business. So lame. Nothing else on the market similar.
I wish I had these kind of hinges.
This would have the same tendency to pull the screws out of the door and frame that the hing-pin-stops (if they work at all) have. The wall mounted stops, like the one at 1:11, can almost always be made to work permanently, though with a light wall and a heavy door, it might be necessary to put some reinforcement behind the spot where it is mounted.

You take the pin out of the door hinge, stick the pin through the hinge door stop, then tap the whole thing back into the door hinge, its really easy actually.
I am going to create my own strap using tie straps.
How'd that work for you?
This does not explain how it works. I cannot figure out from this video what is going on. It looks as if the door is supposed to shut automatically...instead of staying open. that would not be a door stop.
It's the kind of door stop that prevents the door from opening too far, not prevents it from shutting. From the video, it looks like it goes under the hinge plates, and you set a length to determine where the door "stops"
I have found them at ACE hardware stores.
Is it possible to set the door stop at less than 90 degrees?
