How did you go with the 24lb water snake . Do you cut the mounting board down so prop sits lower in the water
@@stevecurran3412 it’s good for me. I haven’t made any adjustments. Sits fine in the water as is.
Did you have two seats in there? Also thinking if getting one of these putting around with a 4yo
@@OneInterestedPerson just one for the girls. I sat on the milk crate. However the pryml delux metal frame seat will fit in it also. Enough room for one at the front and back.
Awesome. Thanks mate. Is operating the motor easy from the seat or do you need an extended handle?
@@OneInterestedPerson I don’t have an issue but I will stabilise the motor and use the oars to steer if I’m travelling for a period of time or trolling lures. In my other videos using the HD I have a few interesting set ups.
Awesome work mate! Great review! They look insane! And they certainly can catch the beasts! Keep up the good work!
Awesome work mate! Some absolute beauty fish! The beast is still the king of the Australian rivers! Tight lines bro! 🎣🤙🎣🤙🎣🤙
You got that right! Cheers buddy
What bait do you use
@@LinkonHarvey-q6d worms, shrimp, yabbies.
Could be anything there just wondering myself keep it up
My heart shattered when you dropped that fish… Such an amazing place to fish! Keep up the amazing work! Tight lines bro! 🇦🇺🤙🎣🇦🇺🤙🎣🇦🇺🤙🎣
What an amazing place to explore
what it easy to carry and loading into the car?
@@patiphatklandee5963 yes to both.
1:23 that hit from the yella was sooooo satisfying! And then 1:38 the way it just did a back flip 😂😂. It’s an acrobat! And then at 3:12 you took your GoPro off and sat it up straight… how? Mine always falls over because it have the actual head strap attached… What a bluddy good video mate! It’s not even spring yet and your catching not only thumpers but tons of em to… loving the more frequent uploads! Tight lines brother 🎣🇦🇺🤙🎣🇦🇺🤙🎣🇦🇺🤙

Great run through video mate , really interested in the predator what watersnake ya running there ??? liked and subbed cheers !!!!
@@warrensimpson9541 Thanks mate, I went simple and got the ASP 24lb water snake
@@Kyle_Barber thx for the quick reply mate , yeah keep it simple always best, bingeing on your videos at the moment good stuff !!!!
Gday mate, sorry I’m late, I started watching when it first came out but had some problems come up in life (our car has a broken suspension on the left and a broken transmission…) so I’m only finishing the video now! I absolutely love me yak, we’ve had 3 people in it. Me, me dad and me 5yo brother, all together about 180-190 kilos and we were completely fine! It’s a bit squishy for lure flicking with that many people but fine for bait! Have you ever had any problems with the oar being a bit short and completely soaking the shit outta your self? Loving these kayak vids man! Keep em coming! Tight lines bro 🎣🤙🎣🤙🎣🤙🎣🎣🎣🤙🎣🤙🎣🤙
@@TobysfishingNoutdoors bad news indeed. Product tested weight and sunk at 350kg but don’t try it lol test purpose only. I rarely use the paddles since I have the electric motor. Find a longer paddle but water will get flicked around regardless.
@@Kyle_Barber I think we should test it anyway 😂😂, there’s just something bout sinking a Kayla that sounds fun to me 😂😂
G'day mate. I'll definitely be purchasing one of these. It's a pity it doesn't come with a swivel seat. Would eliminate the reaching back for motor controls. I have seen one with a milk crate for a, seat. It worked OK.
@@stevenelliott155 I tried the milk crate and swivel seat. It was ok also. Just have to set it up what’s best for you.
Nice clip mate good to see you on the TT gear, couple of cracker fish, how’s the kayak????
Trial and error for battery time. Probably do a timed session in a less stressful environment. Does your motor have a digital battery reading?
Thanks for taking the time to put the video together and especially for the tip about putting the seat forward for the more hefty types : I've got the HD330 too (only had it out once and even then only paddling) but my battery is considerably smaller - Lithium 12.8V 25AH - while my Watersnake (54 Thrust) looks larger than yours? For a total novice, would you have any idea what approximate run time I'd have my inflatable rig with that battery? I'm old, overweight and unfit so I'm trying to avoid getting caught downstream with a flat battery 😆
May you please show us the inflatable kayak in detail as I would like to buy one as on special for $899 now. Thank you Don

So just picked up one of these. My second drop-stitch inflatable. I got it so I could mount a watersnake .I have a 44lb one. But, I've been thinking about the seating as the included one is pretty low. I'm looking at your set up. Are you just sitting on a milk crate with a chair mounted on top of it? is it tied down in any way?
That seating was a quick set up lol. If you search railblaza gear hub you’ll get the idea to sit up higher. There are many more products like that gear hub to help you find what you need. If you do what I did, I attached a boat seat adjuster to hold it in place over the crate. Best to run a jockey strap either side to stabilise it. (Don’t lean back 😂)
@@Kyle_Barber thanks for the quick reply. Its given me inspiration to merge a frame seat and milk crate together with some pool noodle foam for dampening. It will be easy to stand up now. Also sitting higher will mean I wont have to shorten the 36 inch shaft of the 44lb watersnake because I am sitting high enough that the handle will be at least beneath my shoulder height instead of way above it as it was before.
@@AGHybridno worries. Set it up the way you feel is right for you. Let me know how it goes especially with the 44lb and what battery you’re using. I’ve weight tested 200kg already and it’s still incredibly stable. Get a tahwali electric pump if you haven’t got one. My psi meter is set 4.5 either side and 14.5 for the board.
@@Kyle_Barber Yeah I was planning on using 4.5 psi for the tubes and 14.5 for the base. Just give some room for air to expand and not stress the seams. I'm using a LiTime LiFePO4 12V 50Ah. I also have a 100 Ah but - that's a heavy boy - even for lithium and really over kill for a single days fishing an estuary.
yooo, Kyle mate. you just popped up in my suggested videos! yess love how your making fishing videos! haven't seen you since school days! hope you have been well mate!
Hey mate, It’s been a journey since school. Doing well also. Hit me up on facebook if you want to catch up.

Hey man well done on getting the big one. Where is the bridge?
Dude this was nuts. I didn’t even know these fish existed. Id love to come over there and catch one of those fatties. Well done man.
They are the worst spinnerbait I've ever used
@@rikkcampbell8975 They work. Not sure what you mean by the worst. What’s happened for you to think that?
@Kyle_Barber look up smak spinnerbaits, bro they are just a bad design they always tangle and don't swim correctly I've tried a number of times to use it
@@rikkcampbell8975 everyone has an experience.
Well done & Good Vid mate 😎
WOW Beautiful catch.
Can you point me towards an electric 12v air pump to suit the predator?
Thawahli 12v pump. That brand suits the yack and the bottom Finn if it needs replacing
@@Kyle_Barber thanks Kyle, just so happens I grabbed one from bcf this arvo, perect!
😂Perect😂
Hey Bub. Some awesome fish. They got bigger as the session progressed. Mate I hear, Im also so grateful to my late Dad for passing on his knowledge and introducing me to fishing at an earlier age. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks Bub 😂😂 I know you meant Bud aha. Glad you loved the vid and yes the knowledge from our legends will live on.
What a great little vid. “Oh dear”🤣🤣 I love it. 🔥🔥
@@Castathon I did pretty well holding everything back for the younger audience. It’s was so hard concentrating on catching a big fish and thinking before I speak. Thanks for the compliment.
Nice

Bloody awesome mate, great Work 🎣👍
Beautiful fish good job mate
You got more and bigger cod than I ever have and even worse it was in a channel 😂😂 Love your videos mate, tight line bro 🤙🎣🤙🎣🤙🎣
What lb test line do you use for this bait?
I used 20lb braid with 30lb leader
Love it mate. They've made a winner with this yak
G'day mate. I thought you were going to mention more about the inflatable. You probably have in previous videos. How would you rate it? It looks fairly stable. Any problems with it?
Other vids also, I’m still doing more to finalise a proper review. I’m having a lot of fun No issues at all It’s really good

Are these channels around Griffith?
Beauty mate, love the yak, 2 days ago I got me first yella in it, which ended up being me first ever fish in it, Keep u the Great work and tight lines bro Edit: is that in a channel? Or a weir? If it’s a channel hoes it wide enough for the yak?
Some canals are wide some aren’t but I’ve kayaked in all sizes. No dramas
Thanks mate.
Some rippa fish mate - a great channel session, well done.
Beauty mate, I absolutely love the hd330, have u had any troubles with the pin on the bottom fin not coming out? It’s a really big problem for us. Keep up the great work and tight lines bro 🎣
You need a flat head screwdriver to unclip it lol. It is a pain
@@Kyle_Barber thanks mate, the pain it has caused us is incredible Keep it the work
@@TobysfishingNoutdoors if it does break the tahwali isup fins will fit as a replacement.
@@Kyle_Barber thanks mate, really appreciate it
i love my HD330. Went for it as it was on special and was amongst the few kayaks i was looking at that can handle my height(6ft10) and weight (137kg) with the possiblilities to have a motor and a battery, mods ect that wont push the max load limit. First day i got it was just on the local dam on a calm winters day. Next time with my mate along cox's river where there was logs and branches and plenty off possile points that my mind went "oh dont pop", but after the abuse i put it through, came out fine. One thing i found out while cleaning it after a few weeks of use was that the inflatable bottom can come out, which makes it better to clean and prevent mould!
Yea I tense up when I hit something lol. Thanks for sharing about the board. I’ll keep that in mind when I do clean it.
Hey mate I seen you just getting ready on Saturday. I was in a tinny
How’d you go? Saturday was the only day they were active for me.
