An Easter Sunday Experiment in Cornwall, to see what would happen if you shot a variety of aerosol cans with an air rifle. A .177 air rifle with telescopic sight was used with aerosols fixed in position, surrounded by lit firelighters to provide a flame to ignite the escaping gases. It Take 45xMins. To do the 56xMiles. In the IN (SUMMER/HOLS Season). B @times 3.5xHrs+. That's if NOT HELD UP @ Zelah.

Cost to me was €1540 from Zard and about £200 import duty. The price now direct from Zard is €2025.

Sorry for delay. I have never tried it with the db killers installed! So sorry I do not know. One day I should put them in to test it!

@@dobbo180 Hi - Unfortunately not - deep in the middle of a cottage renovation - usually get out for an hour or so Sunday AM's at first light, that's typically the only chance I get each week for a ride. Is there a way we could meet up one evening or weekend ?

Zard is never dissapointing, had it on both my Rocket 3 and Ducati Diavel.
It’s the SSR version with db killers removed. 👍🏼
Nice. Any type of flash/tune performed? Either way, beyond the sound, how does it feel?
No tune, just let it tune itself as the ECU is self learning. It feels good, so much better than stock in my opinion and it has a depth and presence now that was lacking.

Original headers but the cat and 3 original pipes are now gone and replaced with the new Zard slip on. Saves about 7kg weight too.

Great job. A much deeper rumble without excessive db. Snap crackle and pop on the overrun.
Thank you for the upload. Zard delivers the perfect throaty grumble that the stock exhaust should have had. Also delivers a perfectly pitched back-fire pops on deceleration. More importantly the sound note is not obnoxiously loud and is very distinctive.
Yes I do agree completely - I fitted the Zard a week ago and have had a couple of decent rides now. It has that extra depth and a real presence that was lacking with the standard exhaust. I do not think it is too overpowering either. It was expensive but I think it was money well spent. The quality appears very good too. 👍🏼😁

dobbo180 That’s a relief. I’m looking at either a Huracan or a McLaren 570GT. I was worried about it attracting the wrong kind of attention. I’m in Falmouth. We have a few Ferrari’s and Aston Martins here but they’re a little more ‘under the radar’ than my choices. Haha - Thanks for getting back to me anyway buddy. 🙂👍🏻

A much safer and more elegant way of doing this is to simply light a candle and stand it about 6 inches away from the aersol can. That way, it's a smaller flame and you can also get the full effect of the aerosol explosion as there's no 'big' fire to start with.
