I live in the area and let me tell you, this home is beautiful. The area is beautiful with unique homes an is a beautiful tree lined community with lakes. Each home is custom built. I drive by it often. It is my dream to move to South Barrington some day. If I could afford this home right now I would be making an offer today. I think the Cook County taxes are definitely a main concern for me.
