i never realised how funny you are until i started watching your videos😂

Happy New Year to you and your family. I moved to Australia 30 odd years ago, and sadly had to say goodbye to Match Fishing. I was telling my son that sometimes I would sit behind you and watch you fish and i learnt a lot. I have had loads of fun beach and rock fishing though, and am fiddling with a surf "method feeder" suitable for fishing the edges of rips in the surf. My Son and I have moved to Melbourne and there are quite a few carp lakes so we have modified some surf gear, watched a bunch of your shows and we enjoying coarse fishing again. So a big thanks for sharing all your many years of expertise and experience. Cheers

I live in Dorset and although it's a fabulous place to live, it's pants as far as commerfisheries are concerned. I have the Hampshire Avon and Dorset Stour minutes away but still water is,not so obvious. As fot Tommy Pickering is concerned he is the best angler on the plant. I have his book from the 80s when he was world champion. Tommy rules😊

That SMIMMERS are immature Bream, also called fag papers, playing cards, razor blades, palm sizers, the list goes on and on. BUT THEY ARE DEFINITELY NOT!!!!!!!!!! A BREED OF FISH!!!!!!!!!! A Skimmer (slang term) becomes a BREAM at around 1lb in weight. It drives me nuts that generations are growing up thinking they are a Breed. The private commercial I am fishing is just like that, a few fish. It’s mild weather which should help. Long period of high pressure, is that the problem. Plus I’m not seeing many fish move/top. Keep trying Tom , get Emma to give you a few tips LOL.
