its not possible to go over 28mph unless they got it in km or wrong wheel size or some mod. I weigh 116 pounds at time of that video and couldnt push it past 28
Hey, sorry, I don’t really know you, but I’ve watched your series so far. I have been on a similar journey, so I thought I’d leave my comments. 1) Going from 116 to 126 in a month is pretty significant. It doesn’t look like it’s all fat, so I would say you’re moving in the direction you want to go. That’s awesome. 2) You mention that you’re tired: what is your routine? Building muscle requires stimulus (working out), nutrients (food) and rest. A muscle that you continously push will break down. Ideally your workouts should create some soreness in the muscle you want to grow that resolves the day before you push that muscle again. You don’t NEED to get sore in order for the workout to be effective, but that is one of the indicators I look for. 3) You have some goals that seem arbitrary to me, and sometimes at cross purposes. a) Do 100 pushups in an hour b) Do more than 10 pushups in a set These are testing different things. Do you have a plan of progression for each of these? Which do you think should be priority? 4) I think 100 pushups might feel like more cardio than strength stimulus at that point (mind, I am not big and can only do about 20 pushups in a set, and only two sets, so I can’t do half of what are doing). Can you try a more advanced form of pushup to increase the stimulus and decrease the volume (a decline pushup)? Do you do anything besides pushups (pull ups, squats, etc)? I think to get your goal body, you will need pull ups and maybe overhead press to get some delts. 5) I’m not a fan of crunches. Try Russian Twist. It will work your sides as well as you upper abs. L sits will work lower abs. In general I don’t think I will ever work my way to visible abs. I think I’ll have to diet for that.
1) I wanted to apologize for calling your goals arbitrary. Upon reflection, my goals are arbitrary to you, so as our short term goals are reflections of our progress, which requires context to understand. There is nothing magical about squatting 2 plates, but I want it because it represents a significant mile stone from where I started (1 plate). Your 100 pushups in an hour probably represents something similar to you. 2) I wanted to share the youtubers that I follow for my advice. Please know that I went the weight lifter route (not calistetics like yourself) so my resources are skewed that direction, but the science is the science, and should still be applicable. a) Renisance Periodization - Dr. Mike is not a medical doctor, but has a doctrate in sports medicine. He can break down the reseach on muscle development, as well as introdice you to others trying to do the same. b) Jeff Nippard - This is a body builder who focuses on form an technique above all esle. He breaks down the exercise and their form by muscle group and shows you how that exercise can be done to maximize resistance in alighment with the muscle group you’re focusing on. c) Will Tennyson - Just an entertainment youtuber. He has a variety show that releases weekly. d) Natural Hypertophy - A smaller youtuber that talks about philosophy and mindset. He’s a little… addicted to strong takes, but feels open to any idea as long as it’s well argued.
My recommendation to you is after you finish off this tub of mass gainer, try to get most of your calories from real food even if that means needing to add an extra meal or two into the day. This way your macros are more well balanced and micronutrient rich rather than empty carbs that are found in the mass gainer. Either way proud of you for sticking with it
I can't eat enough food to hit calorie goals. Hence why I take the shakes. I get daily 1,200 maybe tad more from food alone and about 60 grams of protein from my food rest from the calorie shake. I don't have enough time in my day to eat 8 times and i can only eat so much in one sitting.

I'm big on protein shakes as a way to get plenty of protein. 1 scoop of protein powder (Optimum Nutrition, Gold Standard, your choice in flavor), 1 scoop of creatine (5g), 2/3 cup milk (I go with Almond Breeze, unsweetened vanilla), 2/3 cup water. I typically drink 2 per day (but only one with creatine because I've already been taking it for a long time). For creatine, you can just take 5 g (1 scoop per day) and slowly build up or take 10-20g per day to speed up the saturation. Drinking plenty of water is critical, but aside from that it is very safe and effective (backed by plenty of studies). There is a pre-workout called pre-kaged elite that is kind of expensive, but it doesn't take much to act like an energy drink. I start my day with a little less than 1/2 scoop in 10 oz water. Then around 30min - 1hr later I have a protein shake. I eat 2/3 cup of greek yogurt around 30 min- 1hr after the protein shake (you could maybe add this as part of your first meal and keep the fruit). After the yogurt, I have mini clif bar. Typically a 2 hr window for all of that and that combination and timing really works for me - gets my day started strong. Sounds like you have some good go-to meals to start with - I would recommend figuring out the macros for each of your meals and setting daily targets for each macro based on your target bodyweight. I recommend getting some good seasonings that you like and finding out different combinations that work for you to help switch up the way your go-to meals taste. It's really easy to get tired of the same meal, but you can switch it up pretty easily. Ex: one week use lemon juice, pepper, and sea salt - the next week use cayenne, garlic, salt, pepper - and just keep trying different combinations that add to the variety. I recommend spacing out the tuna or taking breaks periodically due to possible concerns with heavy metals. For my tuna meals, I add a little lemon juice and pepper. Sometimes I dice celery and red onion to add to it to change the consistency. Since you're trying to bulk up - I recommend toasting some bread in a skillet with a little bet of olive oil, and using that as a base for your tuna. These are just some food/nutrition ideas that have worked for me. Biggest thing is to stay dedicated, track everything, and figure out what works for you. Best of luck man - you've got this!

I am waiting on a weight machine as right now im confused on a few things and hoping weights solve the issues. I can only do sets of 10 for push ups up to 48. *now its more but finding out this week what that rate is for next update.* My chest is really screwed up muscle wise as only half of it is muscle rest of it is flat. My shoulders are wider than my biceps and my forearms are big compared to my wrists. I will be targeting those areas and my back. Waist atm is 32 and idk if that grows or if that is what it will be permanently.
@@player1unknown9 the biggest thing is to pick exercises that you can reliably increase the weight. That’s why weight lifting is so effective because you can just add an extra 5 pounds or an extra rep to continue progression, versus body weight exercises will always weigh the same since they just go off your body
Do you eat protein and creatin?
Yes roughly 110grams of protein and creatine I'm unsure the amount I'll have to make a video on creatine I'm using though it says to take two scoops daily which I do. But rather than it saying 5mg per scoop. It says 750mg which seems totally wrong to me. Brand is muscle tech unflavored creatine

Just watched episode 1. Was going to comment to cut out caffeine and spend the $50 a week from energy drinks on meat instead. Also be careful eating a can of tuna every day if you still plan to do that because you'll eventually build up too much mercury, stick to like 3 cans a week at most.
the caffeine detox was great i thought i was gonna die first day. now I will at most drink 1 70mg one on a saturday. tuna is my back up meal of oh shoot im still hungry lets make a sandwich. I am about to swap to pasta and ground beef as im sick of chicken and rice with black beans and chick peas.
If that is a geared hub motor regen might not work as it does not on most geared hub motors there is a fix and Grinn technologies has the fix very nice build you have there
Regen works issue was I didn’t auto learn. It’s a 8,000watr Qs 273 hub motor running 27,000watts. Grins tech is good and all for long range heat but short burst it can’t do anything more heat is generated than it can dissipate. Now you cruising at decent speed long term and heat is an issue yes this will make motor run cooler I have it in my motor but it can only do so much when I’m pushing 75+mph out of if.

working on week update just been dead tired. Recorded it today editing tomorrow. I cut caffeine out entirely and thats been messing with me plus changing work out to slower pace realized was doing push ups and crunches too fast for full benefit so slowing down for full range of motion benefits.

Hi mate i had my coswheel gt20 stolen about 8 months ago, the police just recovered the bike(expected i dont have the key after 8 months of it being stolen) but i don't have the keys anymore does your key have a key cut number ? I'm trying to get replacement but have no idea of what key to get for myself thanks
every key will be different best luck is to swap throttles with another key lock throttle there may be some pin differences but I can walk you through it or make video on it at some point.
@@player1unknown9 to be fair a walk through would be nice, considering i have no idea what wires i need to disconnect, is there a way to maybe just bypass the key system and just use the throttle with no key maybe

So it's the same stock top speed after you maxed it out in the settings? Looks like the same controller set up as a bunch of other ebikes. Does setting speed limit to 100 not fully unlock it?
its only pushing out max 1,500watts which is about 28mph maybe 32mph depending on motor gearing as it is plastic inside. Some people claim to get 35mph out of it how is beyond me.

Hey does your key have a key cut number? I'm trying to get a replacement key as my ebike was stolen 8 months ago the police recovered it today and I remembered i dont have they key due to it beimg robbed off me with the bike? If you dont have a key cut number could we maybe arrange for you to send me images of the key so i can have one cut? I am gonna try take the bike to see if they can cut one without the key but not holding any hope on that thanks in advance if you see this

Trying to give out good advice. So many mistakes from my past and I think or at least hope I’m not the only one making these mistakes. Probably will make this into a series and or life stories then main take away I got from it.
Holding the M button starts outputting power to the USB port to charge your phone from it if you wanted to.

Hoping new tune is faster but we will find out after brake issue is resolved. Balancing act of not wheelie and pinning throttle enough. Plus with the take offs like that range goes from 40miles to lower but I still got to do a range test.
Yeah, I know it seems like for me when I have the visor open on the helmet. The audio is a little better not speed though that’s for sure.
