Yes, I finally saw this moving. Once the public had left, the owner had a little drive around the car park before dropping the fire, and loading up and going home.

Steam locos, small or big make sounds. Why add this audio?
You can still hear any sounds of the loco. We are near a busy road giving much noise. Continuity sound helps dampen that and assist in making edits look correct
God, that's gotta be a great way to spend the day.

Thank you for commenting. The owner says that it is a monoperm 3:1 geared motor. The sound effect is great at the slow speed in the shorter video. However, the sound was found to be a loose mount for the stuffing tube slapping against something. So if he fixes it, then the effective sound will be lost. 😅

Suggestion: put a pipe going down to the inconveniently placed oiler under the pump an put a oil pot at the top of the pipe. I know how much of a pain it is to get an oil can under the pump as I own one very similar

I bought one of these back in '06. Attached a fresh cucumber to the end and gave it to the wife as an early anniversary present. Still going strong to this day :(

We are based at Four Road Ends between Bangor and Donaghadee, Northern Ireland.

Beautiful engine... but the smoke box door says "Burrell", and the Mechanical lubricator says "Foster"... is this just a bit of mismatching parts?
I have spoken to the owner, and he suggests that the lubricators are so similar and that, as yet, he has not had time to grind off the name and paint the lubricator box in the traditional red. I am trying to organise filming of the traction being driven, but likely this will be after Christmas.
We yet are awaiting official clarification, but it could be that there was interchange of parts on the full size too.
