Io noto che tanti muovono le braccia nel Wing anche veloce però quello che non vedo mai anzi da 1 2 scuole forse lo vista, la potenza che viene sprigionata dai piedi e dalle anche ....lo veramente vista poco sta cosa(che e la cosa più fondamentale ) ....c'è tutte le scuole di Wing ti incentivano a portare a frustata 200 pugni cosa che per me e davvero inutile e provato sulla mia stessa pelle, tirare 200 cartelle senza potenza, o come pensano tutti, "il pugno per avere potenza devi farlo con il passo cosa che per me e una cavolata che si sono inventati chi non ha capito il pugno del Wing chun ,e c'è un motivo se si chiama 'il pugno della radiosa o eterna primavera ' mica perché ti arrivano 200 fruste ,c'è in 2 massimo 3 movimenti di braccio devi terminare il tuo nemico, se no vuol dire che non ho capito un tubo sul Wing chun e devo girare maestri e ricercare ... Beh la mia era solo una precisazione ...😁

I dislike this video of betrayal of Master Gin F Mark with his students. He is exploited here by another named student Association. The Students acts like they are trying to learn forms & techniques. Visiting italy, Sifu Cossu seems sincere & respectful. But the other one is taking notes; looks thieving; not respectful and lame. I know, Master Gin Foon Mark had a serious car accident in 1997 to affect his memory/ mind. He was formally diagnosed with multiple illnesses by 2012 and before. He is traditional and does not like to give away techniques of his Kung fu Art. Chances is that he’s forgotten a lot. The separate School Association Students or branch schools would not have learned much or know how to use the forms in self defense.

I met master mark at his kwon in Minneapolis Minnesota in 1977. I was being inducted into the air force and had to stay there overnight. He was a very nice man and after talking to me had his senior student show me around and tell me about his system. It is a great memory for me to meet such a talented and distinguished martial artist.

i didnt know spm using weapons, all these weapons are shaolin methods and not spm. what kind of branch this which change the traditional spm?

This kind of training looks nice but will get you killed. You can't grab someone's arm that is resisting and moving unless he was hit by a truck first.

When Mark dies, a generation comes to a close. Haven't seen anyone who is even remotely as skilled as he is. Hopefully, someone will emerge from the shadows.

Would have been nice to have seen a lot more of Mark Foon and a lot less of the students. When Mark dies, that ends a generation that presently has no equal. No one today is even remotely on Mark's level. Perhaps someone will emerge ... hopefully.

Finally, some real Jook Lum; most of what is posted on UA-cam look more like Chow Gar or Pak Mei. Also, rare to see the shoulder method as seen here. Thanks for posting, sir.
