這個老外進入了中文字最有趣的部分而且還試圖推廣，倉頡造書有云，形立謂之文，聲具謂之字，日常生活的中文字都可以透過詞去源瞭解當初最先要表達的是什麼，每一個字都像有一個故事一樣。像是‘’沒‘’這個字是一個水加上右邊的部件，最早金文是左邊水右邊一隻手，用來説明人掉進水裡剩一隻手，除了表達’‘沒有’‘了（人掉進水裡沒有了）也可以用來當作掉進水裡’‘沈沒’‘的’‘沒‘’。中文字其實很有潛力只是還沒好好地像是日式文化一樣發揮它的優勢，甚至象形文字究竟從何而來都還是一個謎還沒有一個具科學證據的說法，倉頡印象沒錯的話好像是中國神話的一個神。
原来如此，我是母语者，第一次听到这样的讲解，原来“尴尬”二字是这样来的。谢谢老师。

補充說明，最初只有韋這個字而已，他同時具備「圍」和「衛」的意思。 到了後來為了區分包圍和守衛兩個意思，因此分別在「韋」字加上了「囗」和「行」。 我可以肯定，漢字叔叔對漢字的瞭解已經超過很多母語人士。

Your pronunciation of 旭 "xu" is a bit off. It should sound like “许” but in its more emphatic fourth sound.

From what I see you are a creator of conlang videos online. So you care about languages. I am disappointed that you should simply write a comment trashing this video without more context - because I find it's source of knowledge wonderful. He's freely dispersing knowledge. It's quite a hurtful thing to say to a creator who alongside other audience members, will never be able to derive anything of benefit from such a comment. He's spent a lot of time making a half an hour video and is presenting a very complex and difficult topic in a very detailed manner in his area of expertise. It's a lengthy video that may be dry per its subject, but it's written as if for graduate-level study and has great production quality. There's a different purpose for different kinds of videos. I find nothing wrong with the writing.
Yeah, I gave it a lot of faith but couldn't finish, like it's directed to a different audience. I was looking for a broader perspective but got lost in a piece that showed no perspective but many, many details. This feels more of a historical archive thing than an educational video. You gotta have considerable prior context and engagement with the subject to enjoy it
