how can it be ? mine just around 2000 feet .
i know is hard to believe it , out in the country with not interference it can go far, but in the city i don't have long range some places less than 1000 ft

feels like you flying over lake wylie when watching this video .... very nice
wow, how can that be, the most I get is 2500 on all four of my solo's? What altitude did you go to? You should show the screen stating distance and altitude as part of your video.
in my neighborhood it only get about 1200 to 1300 feet range, and at this lake at an altitude of 189 feet I was able to get 8000 feet in range and had to turned around because my battery was not fully charge ( 88%) when stared and got about 55 % at 8000 feet. I did not want to take a chance of running out of battery while flying over water. I did a second test to day and max out at 9300 feet , at 9300 feet the connection was lost and trigger the return home , will post that video later
The bird goes nicly around a moving object, but the camera quality ruins everything, all the other brands use proper cameras now but solo is stil stuck in the stoneage with this toycamera
