Tuesday, May 25, 2021 - The Malahat Communications team was shooting a video down at the beach when we spotted these orcas heading north up the inlet. The video was taken from a legal and ethical viewing distance. Close up shots were taken with a zoom lens. There were at least 4 orcas in the pod, and they can be seen here sharing a fresh seal kill between them.
