Insane Interior Lighting in Unreal Engine 5!
I still clearly remember the moment I first played Red Dead Redemption 2. At first, I was completely amazed by the stunning environment design-it felt like stepping into another world. But then, as the initial awe settled, I had this question in my mind: Could I create something like this? Or maybe even better? That question has stayed with me ever since. And now, I think I have the answer.
Working in Unreal Engine has been a turning point for me. The level of quality achievable with ray-traced lighting is simply incredible-it feels almost limitless. This semester, in my Virtual Production class, we worked as a team on a project, and creating this scene was a part of it. A big shoutout to Patrick Curoe and Luke Killingsworth for their help in set dressing the scene-it truly brought everything together.

this is sick mate, where did you knowledge about this level in Unreal? need that information :)
Took me about 10 years focusing on lighting and shading. I primarily worked with traditional render engines and also real life light and photography And then, I just transfered thoes knowledge into unreal engine.
This is stunning! 🔥🔥
Appreciate it emad! Thanks
Wow, thought it was real for a second Good Job 👍
Thank you Soroush! My goal was bringing realism into unreal and I'm getting close!

Poor 3D max they don't have this technique in 2024
Thanku so much

Yes! this is what we need, tutorials straight to the point, obviously UA-cam doesn't like that.
i have been trying to render my tyflow shockwave but vray is showing up empty .... do i have to download tyflow render too and how too do that ? is it free version of that ?
you only need to download the Free version of Tyflow docs.tyflow.com/download/ Also, don't forget to add "Mesh" operator at the end of the nodes
the big smoke reference was good ❤
I really appreciate your efforts. Thank you for explaining so well.
Nice
Thanks!
Man this is so good. Phoenix can be so overwhelming and this is such a nice intro for people getting into the plugin. Serious thanks for making it all so simple!
