Im free grace, HOWEVER I believe you must have faith in christ ALONE to be saved, stop having faith and you lose your salvation, THATS the only area where I disagree with bob wilkin. HOWEVER, what you and other lordship salvationist ( works salvation) is " if your faith is real you will reach a certain level of obedience to christ that will show you are REALLY saved", However NO ONE can show me what % of obedience to christ or works I must have to be truely saved. EXAMPLES: I was raised to believe to be saved you must 1) attend church every sunday, 2) pay a thithe to the church, 3) dont do any work on sunday. EXAMPLE 2: Ive listened to many leonard ravinhill sermons and according to him if you are a pastor and you are not on your kness and crying out to God for revival ALL Night you are NOT a true man of God, in another sermon he said if you watched sporting events it proved you were not saved becouse watching sports meant you were worldly and not putting Jesus first in your life. EVERY lordship salvationists has a different number of things you must have checked in order to be a true christian. EXAMPLE: I guarentee you that if we had 100 pastors examin our lives, thoughts, and words a large number would say neither you nor I was truely saved!. and many would say we are saved. . bottom line, I KNOW Im saved becouse I believe/truat in christ and his shed blood ALONE to save me, Im NOT trusting in my level of obedience to christ to reach a certain level in order to base my salvation on. we are saved by faith IN Christ NOT faithfullness TO Christ. ( although its Gods will and my desire to be 100% faithfull TO Christ as well).

1:26:26 With depression it is your joy has been taken away; your dad had a rough childhood with lot's of trauma from the abuse of his dad (likewise do I but my stephdad was the one who did it because my dad divorced my mom and left us after my mom cheated on him with my stephdad), he probably made a lot of mistakes in his life aswell (so do I that's why I assume that); this combined forms a mix of guilt (due to past sins committed) and pain (due to past abuse suffered), it's a constant struggle when hurt and not knowing how to properly deal with things because of the abnormal childhood (instead of having a loving dad that teaches you stuff, you get punched and kicked and thrown around and yelled and cursed at and locked in your room). You don't want to feel like that anymore, and it's a feeling hard to bear. I don't know if your dad suffered from PTSD but I do and with PTSD the feeling sometimes comes back; as if you are in the exact moment of the abuse.. being very vunerable, the nightmares you have about it it's like reliving it again and again; the nightmares have stopped since the Father drew me to Jesus. I think he resorted back to drinking because he was heavily depressed and he loved that child so much and it was literally one of the few joys in his life. And they took that away from him, with all the stuff combined you can get depressed and fall back into drinking for example to numb the pain but at the same time losing yourself more and more to the drink. Since your grandpa drank a lot, I'd imagine your dad having a thought like "Now I'm drinking too, just like him" atleast once; that combined with heavy drinking, maybe he hated himself so much at that point that he did that or he couldn't stop the drinking anymore and saw no way out of stopping.. I recently lost an old friend to suicide, me and him fell out a long time ago (I was still a Rastafarian back then and contact dropped from that point) and I never had the chance to preach the Gospel to him. Shortly after another friend who was also once the best friend of the other guy stabbed me in the back because 'I talked too much about Jesus', who is now heavily on drugs alcohol etc, I told him to quit the stuff and showed him examples from his own life when he was doing better without them and I told him about Jesus, he refused both (and he has already tried to commit suicide once) and told me I was crazy and using Jesus as a coping mechanism. At the same time had been going through a lot of other stuff coming out of a cult and quitting UA-cam etc I'll save the details about. My wife lost her mother at the age of 14, her mother died in her arms; coughing up blood and dying.. she's also suffering from a milder form of PTSD now but it was very bad earlier on and when she was young at one point she turned from God for taking her mother, but when she met me she turned back to God she says (due to some things she didn't understand before, and she was mourning and hurt). I talked a lot with her about it, and she is no longer upset at God for taking her mother but she understands. Her mother went through a lot here on earth (I'll spare the details), just to get screwed over again by her husband, she suffered a lot and she was also sick but the hospital told her she was fine.. she gave everything she had for her children and God.. we just hope she is with the Lord and likewise your dad and that they are resting and finally have everything restored to them by the Lord.. no more pain no more sorrow, and we'll see eachother again, that's what I also told my wife, and she keeps hope in that. I watched the Apostle Paul movie a while back, when Paul gets executed and he wakes up in heaven and he see's the Lord and all the people he killed run to him to embrace him, my Lord let that be so for all believers who miss their loved ones that the Lord and them come embracing us when we go to be with the Lord. It's painful, but we must remember Kelly that they are with the Lord and no longer suffering or experiencing pain, but they are finally at home. Jesus is taking care of it all.

Must admit, couldn't hold back the tears in empathy over your loss and pending loss of your dear mother. Try to remember at all times that God does take our loved ones away for a reason in the most traumatic of circumstances. Often it is to teach us to pay more attention to our surroundings or to draw us closer to him. I know when I lost my father to a car accident I was a rebellious teenager that just wanted to live a life of Atheism without a thought about what my parents wanted for me. Eventually I came around although it took decades. You are a better person than I am. I had personal revelations and continued to hide despite them. I even saw my father transform into a fuzzy dark mass of energy the last time I saw him alive and thought there was something wrong with my eyes. I've had lots of those types of spiritual experiences over the course of my life, therefore for me, Ild like to hear of more personal testimonies, of spiritual experiences from Christians. I've subscribed to some channels where people have had NDEs or Dream Awake experiences although mine have always been fully awake. If salvation is plus works how did king Saul get to paradise after committing suicide??? A person who believe in Christ is born unto the Father by the Holy Spirit. Being free grace seems to have bloomed into it's own denomination with it's own tenets. Speak your faith and your in, no other changes. No need for the words of Jesus as a christian. Obedience, praise, worship, repentance, witness, etc. Other religions need works for salvation, not Christians. True Christians have works out of gratefulness by knowing and following the words of Jesus, and not for salvation. Free gracers need the holy Spirit in their lives to be born again. Let the holy Spirit work in all areas of your life.

Oh i respect Joseph father of Jesus... Think about Joseph, what went through him and how he obeyed God and took good care of Mary and Jesus... Why talk about only Mary but not Joseph, why forgetting Joseph? Your knowledge can destroy you so be humble and seek wisdom.

"Mormons" may believe the God was once a man, but it that is not what the Church currently teaches, nor is it official Church doctrine. All of that is based on the "King Follett Discourse," which is not official Church doctrine. "Mormons do believe in eternal progression however and that means "as God is now, man may become." As for the second question, the real question Christians should be asking is "why don't Christians believe that Jesus is the Son of God, since that is what it says in the Bible and at least 100 times. This doesn't mean that Jesus isn't from everlasting to everlasting (as are we). It doesn't mean that the Word was Not with God from the beginning and the Word was God. It certainly doesn't mean that "Mormons" believe something strange that isn't in the Bible either. Third question...the eternal life we seek, is really life with the Eternal. Even as all men die; in Christ shall all be made alive. This is the free gift of salvation that the Bible speaks of and something "Mormons" definitely believe in. We also believe in Exaltation which is not free. There must be different realms of existence in the hereafter, else what would be the purpose of the final judgement? Are heaven and hell the only two options? Even Christians who believe they are saved solely on their belief in the Son of God, must stand and be judged according to their works (Revelation 20:13) Why must Christians stand and be judged by their works, if they are already saved by grace alone? Now that's a question you should definitely be asking.

If Mary is essential in my salvation then by the same principle, so would Judas be.

I am not a calvinist, I am a CHRISTIAN a follower of Christ,however,I do subscribe to their doctrine called TULIP. My question is: could a NATURAL MAN, who is diametrically opposed to things spiritual,readily and spontaneously yield himself to the pleading of God to "whosoever will", how come? I believe in the doctrine of "whosoever will",but it does not mean that the NATURAL MAN has that desire or intent to 'will'. And,could a NATURAL MAN has the power to escape,or release himself from the grip of satan by his own power? I would say a resounding "NO"! If you say 'yes' to these things, I challenge you to give me even just a SINGLE verse to substantiate your point.Book, chap. and verse pls.!

Does the Bible say that we should put up crosses in our churches? Does the Bible say what the New and Old Testament are? Does the Bible teach us how to furnish church buildings? Does the Bible say that we should celebrate Christmas on December 25? Faith is alive and will always find its way to truth and salvation as long as the underlying motivation is to follow Jesus. Sola Scriptura is unsustainable for a healthy Christian life.
