I moved to houston in 2020 from chicagoland. My job was one tht went 100% remote so i felt confident if i dnt like it after one yr i still got my job and i cld just go bck home....its 2024 now and Houston has been goodt to me!! I have a good man in my life, my salary increased into the 6 figures, i have a good church home, i met new people and i close on a very first home this Friday the price of the home would be at least in the 300k range in chicagoland but here in houston only 215k.. God has blessed me so much with my personal life and living situation! All i had to do was step out on faith and just try the move!
