I really do love these stories but why don't we ever use biological warfare. My thoughts would be that their bodies are susceptible to some of the microorganisms on our planet Earth or viruses or whatever you want to call it that will stop the invasion. In the movie War of the world if I'm saying it right it was a virus that stopped the invading Force.

Very unsatisfying. The Vanguard never informed the Elixians WHY they were attacking. As far as they knew it was a cowardly sneak attack.. Also, there was no punishmen/justice delivered to the child's tormenters. These are some pretty big plot holes, among others. You can do better.

Talk it into the ground. Tell the story, don't repeat how the Velsary and humans were helping one another over and over and over again. That would probably take 20 minutes off of the length of the story.

This story could have been 20 minutes shorter if it didn't repeat itself several times.
