Is that button latching? It doesn't seem to be, so you need to hold it in for the PSU to actually power up and stay on. Clicking it quickly like that will just power it up for a split second. I usually wire the PS_ON pin to ground with a bent paper clip when testing.

Thank you! This was extremely useful, showing how to pull off the bezel. Since my fingers are not so strong, I found that as long as I could lift the bezel a little bit with my fingernails, I could slip a flat blade screwdriver in there to pry. I avoided prying against the glass, of course.
