Strawberry Churro Cheesecake Ingredients For Cheesecake 16 oz cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk (save the rest for topping) 1/2 cup heavy cream 1 egg 2 tsp vanilla 1 cup frozen strawberries 1 tbsp granulated sugar Ingredients For Top/Bottom 2 crescent roll packages (2 sheets) 3 tbsp granulated sugar 2 tsp cinnamon Instructions Preheat oven to 350. Combine 3 tbsp sugar & 2 tsp cinnamon in a bowl, set aside. Spray your pan with nonstick (I used an 11x8, you can use a 13x9 & cook for 5-10 mins less, or use an 8x8 and cook for 5-10 mins more) Cook 1 cup frozen strawberries & 1 tbsp sugar on low-medium heat for about 10 mins, stirring slowly, until juices release and you’re able to easily smash strawberries for compote, set aside to cool while making the rest. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on bottom of pan. Add 1 sheet of crescent rolls to bottom of pan. Blend together softened cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, egg, vanilla (if worried about chunks you can mix the cream cheese by itself first, but if it’s softened enough this shouldn’t be a problem). Stir in strawberry compote. Pour in pan over bottom crescent sheet, cover cream cheese with top crescent sheet, sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top. Bake uncovered 25-30 mins (mine looked good and was done by 25 mins). Drizzle sweetened condensed milk and put some strawberries on top & enjoy!!
Crockpot Pot Roast Ingredients 3-4 lb Chuck Roast 2-3 tbsp olive oil 3 tbsp butter 3-4 cups beef broth (just enough to cover majority of the roast in crockpot) 1/2 cup cooking red wine 2 tbsp Worcestershire 4 cloves garlic minced 1/2 white onion sliced 1 packet Au Jus 1 packet onion soup Optional: rosemary & thyme (using a full sprig) on top for extra flavor Instructions *It is optional to sear meat before putting in crockpot, but this gives more color & flavor to the meat* Drizzle olive oil on both sides of chuck roast, rub in. Cover roast in onion soup packet mix on both sides. Sear both sides on medium-high heat (about 3 mins each side) Place in crockpot. Cover with beef broth, red cooking wine, Worcestershire, garlic, butter, Au Jus packet, & 1 sprig each of Rosemary & Thyme (if you have them or want to add them). Cook on low for 6-8 hrs or high for 4-6 hrs. Low is preferable to keep the meat as tender as possible. My 3.5 lb roast was done in 6 1/2 hrs on low. *For gravy - take 2 cups of strained juice out of the crockpot and whisk slowly with 2 tbsp cornstarch. This is still moist even when you reheat it the next day! 🤤😋
Full Recipe: For the meat: 1 small tilapia = 2 tacos Cook Tilapia on Medium Heat until it flakes apart easily (usually 3-5 mins each side, this cooks quick!) Season both sides with lime juice & chili powder Add 2 tbsp salsa at the end and mix just before serving Special Sauce: 1/2 tbsp Cilantro Paste 1/2 c. Sour Cream 1/3 c. Mayo 2 tbsp Lime Juice 1 tsp Garlic Powder 1 tsp Sriracha or your favorite hot sauce! Pumpkin Cream Cheese Bread Cream Cheese Mixture: 8 oz softened cream cheese 3 tbsp powdered sugar 1 tbsp sour cream 1 tbsp vanilla 1 tbsp heavy cream Dry Ingredients: 1 cup flour 3/4 cup granulated sugar 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tap sea salt 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice Wet Ingredients 1 egg + 1 egg white 1/2 cup olive oil 1 cup pumpkin 1 tbsp vanilla Directions: Preheat oven to 350, prep loaf pan (we like to spray with nonstick & put down enough parchment paper to make it easy pull out when done as seen in video) Blend cream cheese ingredients together until smooth & set aside. Whisk dry ingredients in large bowl & set aside. Whisk wet ingredients in small bowl. Pour wet ingredients into dry and whisk it all together. Pour half of your pumpkin mixture into bread pan followed by all of the cream cheese mixture, and rhe remainder of the pumpkin mixture. Bake for 50 minutes. Cool for at least 30 mins & ENJOY!!
2 lbs stew meat 2 lbs baby potatoes 1 cup beef broth 2 tbsp worchestershire 6 cloves minced garlic 2 sticks salted butter 4 tbsp minimum Kinder’s Buttery Steakhouse Seasoning (season from the heart! 😂) 1/2 tbsp sea salt 1/2 tbsp fresh cracked pepper Adjust seasoning how you want we added rosemary, thyme, & parsley too! You can brown the steak on the stove in olive oil first for more color if you prefer. Cook on low 6 hrs (preferred) or high 4 hrs
