Exporting Search Results in Cochrane Library
THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
love your final picture, haha, thanks !
Now you have to save it in your folder and then export it as RIS or CSV. I had a difficult time because of this. I hope this will help someone else!
Thanks love
Link of the website please

This is cute✨
Why on the trials part on my PC the "select all" option isn't shown, even though I already have an account? It said "Unlock the potential for Cochrane Evidence" Could you help me?
This is a CINAHL search though, not an AMED one.
🥺❤️ your my dream since 2010
Why in the trial there is no box to select articles, how to make the select box appear?
Same question, my search only include trials. And i can't export it to excel...
@@AceIOFIspaders same here.
same here x4@@hanis3955
Cause cochrane is just like a shit,
heyy i know it's been a long time but for all further people having the same issue: I found out I only could find the box to select articles in the trials and then export them when I opened the cochrane website through the link on the homepage of my university. soo I guess you need to have acces to cochrane through a studying programm or something similar, hope that helps!
Why is this CINAHL and not PsycINFO? They have unique features in each db. Ashamed this is coming from a library.
Thanks for the comment. For the purposes of this video, which functions were you thinking of that are different in EBSCO PsycINFO compared to EBSCO CINAHL (the main one we can think of is the subject index / thesaurus, which is not covered in this video)? If you'd like to view a more up-to-date video (shot on PsycINFO this time), try the video here: ua-cam.com/video/XQiMBTK1WdA/v-deo.html Either should give you a good grounding on using the EBSCO interface to query CINAHL.
Thank you, very helpful!!
You've just saved me hours and so many tears of frustration. The music truly represented the joy I feel, especially after being completely unable to figure this out yesterday and individually exporting 117 references - which were wrong anyway!
How can you possibly do this for 1000s of citations. It's ridiculous!! Who came up with this limitation when it's a paid service. WTH!
Hey Jessica - where are you trying to export the references to? Unless you specifically need them in a CSV file, the method in the second half (starting 2:00) of the video should show you how to pull of large numbers of references in a few clicks.
I've looked everywhere for a good video on how to search in psycinfo and this is the only one that was helpful.
Awesome instructions - thanks!
you are a god friend. Why are these sites so complex?
it looks it is a search in Cinahl not PsychInfo
Yes, you're right, we used footage/images from CINAHL - we have both through EBSCO so the process should be the same. Any trouble though, do let us know.
:)
