Amen to that, we are considered Machines to just keep working until we drop and at the same time hold a wonderful mindset of everything is peachy. Very hard to do when you have been working out nonstop for 7 hours take a breather of a 10 minute break then work several more hours and get your meal break. Slam down a couple 5hr energy drinks and repeat what just happened in the last 10 hours. Longest single day I ever worked was 22 hours straight, which is certainly illegal and we had to sign a special slip to allow us to continue working so the company would not get sued. There were many other days, 1 job, where we worked from 6am to 12am and had a few breaks here and there along with a meal break. It was pretty much slave labor but we got OT and yeah on my day off it was; Laundry Grocery Shopping Sleep, stretch, rest, tidy up (No time to go out and do anything, I was far too exhausted)

Every thing is good you speak well. but the video of slack app is just messy we cant see the options and text clearly which is confusing
