Hello 😊 if you flip the watch on the back or on the original package it shows what size band it takes. Mine says 40 so I can use any band that says 40 it has nothing to do with how it fits around the wrist but how it fits into the actual watch piece. Hope that helps.

You press the button to open the water bottle

You can use command strips instead of the adhesive that the little pegboard provides. I switched out the adhesive and I used command strips. I put them on the back of the little points of attachment and I’ve not had an issue and hold a decent amount of weight and mine have been up for about two years now, I’ve removed them from the wall with no issues as well.

For the big water bottle, press the side of the cap and it'll pop open. Took me a moment to figure it out.
