Both were great! Pros of the palace were a shorter distance to the beach and the Barcy Water park wants much nicer. All the restaurants are in the shopping/lobby palace and they have an on site casino so I get the worry of a Vegas feel, but I never thought of it that way. (And I like a Vegas feel... Hence cruising.) Pros of the Princess family club was the swim out pool. Restaurants are spread throughout the resort which could be seen as negative, but strolling the grounds to and from dinner was quite enjoyable. Our kids were a bit older at the Princess so they were not too interested in the water park and the beach is really far. (Finally) With our youngest now 7 we would likely opt for a swim out room and walk to the beach over a waterpark if all else equal.

I don't know for certain, but according to a Facebook group 2 years ago. "No" "Platinum can not access family club and platinum has no kid pool...you can pay a certain amount /day ,not sure how much to go to family club" I think the family club is exclusive. There is a "general" kids club closer to the beach with a shallow pool and activity hut.

Not sure how comfortable it would be for 6ft+. It felt like a standard single X 2 with the trundle. However it may be smaller. The setup we had had one bed lower than the other, but it can be made into a double.

Hey Steve, My daughter also has issues with stairs and long distances. From the video you can see what ramps the lobby and main area has. I think it is pretty accessible. There is a frequent shuttle that runs from Beach to the lobby. I posted a video of the shuttle ride if you want to check it out. During dinner time it is quite full and I found many guests to be very inconsiderate. Since my daughter is slow many guests ran to get a seat ahead of her and refused to get off. The resort could do better at prioritizing people who need the service. I don't recall any elevators, I would request a main floor suite if you have trouble with stairs. We stayed in the family club so it was next to the lobby. I imagine there is a porter service to help guests with luggage at check in and out.

@@ThePaperCupGarden yes, lopesan is the most expensive and fancy. Iberostar coral level is very nice and where I wanna go next time, great food. Princess is cheaper and I really didnt like the food. Easy to see my rankings but it depends on if you wanna spend 500, 300, or 200 a night, depending on what time of year you go.

@@ThePaperCupGardenoh and I think from now on I’d go to punta cana in Jan- Feb. gets too hot in summer and I noticed rooms are slightly cheaper in Jan

@@JonCooper86 we travel more on the budget budget side with children in mind. We find the cheapest times to go are between Thanksgiving and Xmas or between new year and March/spring break.

@@ThePaperCupGarden yes they open for you to have a look,but the crack is bearly noticeable,and you don't get to hold it ,this argument doesn't stand because customers are not responsible for QC before the ware leaves the shop,is not a thrift store! Second off all the watch wasn't worn still had the foil on top.They took it back and said this is a warranty issue and they will send me another from Switzerland,but didn't say how much it would take and refused to refund it! Apparently this is a new 2024 policy.

I already have a protector on mine but it does not appear to have one. I am looking at the Neptune, White Snoopy, and super blue side by side. The Neptune clearly has the "S". The Snoopy has, but is less easily seen. However I am struggling to see the "S" on the Super Blue Moon. Maybe someone else can confirm?

Yes, if I look really hard with a magnifying glass I can see it, but it is sideways.

Ha just found it! Almost have to look above the crystal and it's not as pronounced as on the others. So relieved! Enjoy it I'm loving mine.

@@aquacpl292 the moon has no lume and with uv light you can see it lightning, i would have find it great it would have normal loom too

They all glow with the same intensity when given the same "charge". I just quickly hit them with the UV light to demo. Probably have more attention to the Super Blue Moon and Snoopy to see the message.

The queue was about 100 people at 530. Maybe the crazy will build closer to the 19th as people get FOMO. I hope everyone in line was able to get one, but staff would not disclose how many they had in stock. However, they did say they would re-stock every day for 5pm until the August 19.

Yes, the hands and number markers glow for a short time. The colour is very close to Neptune. In my opinion the Super Blue Moon is a bit lighter leaning towards blue and the Neptune is more rich and leaning towards violet. Hope that makes sense.

I have a white Snoopy that glows in the dark the same way. The hidden message only shows up under UV light.

I don't know. I am not looking for resale. You can check out sold items on eBay. My take on this is if you are looking to make money then flip it fast. To me Swatch is a fun fashion fad, but not a 'time piece'. I personally would not bank on these as an investment for resale in years time.

I used visit as a child in the early 60s and we enjoyed family picnics sitting on the stones.

​@markshrimpton3138 so did I. Sadly people started carving their names and taking pieces of rock away with the. The monument had to be protected from these morons. Now because of them it's in an enclosure.

@@lizrivers4422 it’s a similar situation with so many places I visited as a child in the 1960s. My late father was born in 1926 in Cornwall and often told me how, as a child in the 1930s, he and his sister would cycle to Tintagel to visit the castle. They would pay 6d each, be given a key to unlock the gate, then once they’d gone round lock up again! Now that place is pretty much a theme park.
