“What one man can do, so can another.” A great quote from a great actor, Sir Hopkins. I am an average American and I take this quote seriously. I love to try new things, and I always try to do it myself, before surrendering and having someone do it for me. I Blitzed #38 through the wrong hole, and instead of giving up, he turned around and turned on the speed to outrun all of the other players, and catch the runner before the end zone. Horse collar was not a rule at the time.

Catch and Cook, Alaskan Razor Clams
Переглядів 2893 роки тому
This is an old clip I made on how to clean an Alaskan Razor Clam. I's a great adventure we took as a family with friends and would catch Alaskan Razor Clams during negative low tides around Deep Creek Alaska several times a year. The Clams are great to eat, with the "Neck" part used in soups like Clam Chowder, and the "Digger Foot," battered and then deep fried. See my other videos on new meat ...

This is an oldie, but a goodie. Both players were OK after this legal hit and continued to play the rest of the game. The hit took out the trailing defender and resulted in another 20 yds on the run back.

Thank you last minute new year smoke, appreciate it 🎉
How long did u cook it for
nice video.
I recently started making my own queso fresco and pressed ham. The first hams turned out great.....used a smoker coil that provided heavy pellet smoke for 1.5 hours. Didnt think it would be enough time, but it was just right. Going to try a block of queso fresco next.....no idea what to expect.....
Looks yummy. I like my jerky on the softer side, my hubby likes it more dry, so I will make sure when I make this, he gets the skinnier pieces 🤣🤣🤣
I just hate that metal piece in the meat trough that goes over the feeding tube! Gets in the way and makes it hard to clean!
I ordered one ! Can’t say enough about it… Great product , great design , you need one if you make wood fire pizza or any wood fired food! Don’t hesitate *****
Bu makinayı nasıl alabilirim birde fiyatı nekadar acaba teşekkürler
well.. you skipped the important part... the form mold of the sink... cmon man!
I had to sleeo off seasickness on the Condor
5 days of work. That's why it cost couple thousands to buy stuff like that😮 well done though!
It's a pretty good grinder, but the name (with the exclamation point) is really stupid.
Pork shoulder is only two dollars a pound at my local Costco. I really want to make jerky with it. I have a dehydrator and I also have a vertical smoker. The stuff you made looked really tasty.
Thank you
Oh hell no!!! I almost lost my right middle finger to a raccoon when my dog into a fight with two in my garage.
Hell yahhh, hopefully there not the worker😅
Where did you buy that plate with 3 holes ?
1 hp w/footpedal retail $635,on the sale $350.THEY will screw you for $250 I you make the same mistake I did.Customer SERVICE is a answer machine w/ no resolve.Incomplete paid orders still not resolved. If ya want a real SAUSAGING deal wMEAT UR MAKER.merry Christmas!
I'm not sure why you think I have anything to do with your issue. I don't work for MEAT, nor am I an affiliate. I just got the grinder and liked it enough to take the time to show people how it worked. They have been great with me and I will continue to use them. I have purchased 4 for myself and others in my family, and no issues yet.
FYI DONT BUY ANY GRINDER UNLESS ITS ON 30% off.I got screwed for $250 An only recieved rhe grinder. The rest of the order is not here yet they charged me for it.Customer service is always busy,an forget about waiting for a returncall.Your LAST IN LINE.But the 1hp is a good deal when offered @$350 w/for pedal.I got PORKED by da MEAT.
Meat is great products but that comparison to LEM was not fair at all either. You basically have the most expensive version of a MEAT grinder and the cheapest option of a LEM.
I noticed that too.
Wow .. lool so yummy.. i want to make it
You cant compare a #32 grinder with a #8. Compare it with a LEM #32.
Did your grinder come with the stuffer plate or kidney plate ? Thanks
It comes with 3 plates. The large hole (coarse), a small hole plate (fine), and the kidney plate (stuffing). It also comes with some stuffing tubes. It works OK, but I found that sometimes it will not work too good if the meat gets a little warm. I went ahead and bought the small stuffer and they work really good together. Thanks for watching.
NO RECIPE?!?!? Well that was a waste of time!
Thanks for watching, and sorry there is no recipe. However, this is a video of the grinder, not the sausage. There are too many polish sausage recipes out there to even count, but only a handfull of clips on the use of the "Meat" brand grinder. Good cooking to you.
Made this today. Only tweeks I made were I added 2 TBS of Crystal Hot Sauce and I didn't put the sesame seeds. I also use a pork Tenderloin. I did 2 hours at 180 on my Pellet Smoker. Came out great. My wife and kids tore it up. I bought $13 worth of pork loin and ended up with just under 2lbs of finished jerkey.
Thanks for watching. I am glad you liked it. It is one of our favorites, and just like yours, mine doesn't stay around very long.
Is it worth the money ?
Thanks for watching. I guess that the real question about everything. It is for me even though I don't use it very often. I am not a health nut, nut I do like to know what is in the food I eat. I grind all of my own meat and make all of my own bacon, sausage, and deli meats. For me, I would answer your question as yes.
@@the_average_american7396 thanks
Just bought one. Looking forward!
Thanks for watching. I broke mine out the other day and ground up some old beef roasts, an elk roast, and some mule deer steaks. I used some fat from a beef brisket and ground it into the best ground burgers I have had in a long time. Good grinding to you.
Really nice and relaxing voice over, I like all the details, I myself am from Quebec, Canada. I fish snow crab for about a month and then start Lobster fishing at Anticosti Island for about 11 weeks!
Can you got recipe
Honestly I’m upset at how well this works 😂
Arithmetic too much?
Or just like, know what year your born and figure it out 😂 this is literally more difficult than just figuring it out. Plus how tf you not know how old you are ?
I mean that’s just simple math. Not really any cool trick
That's a neat idea, but if you need help remembering your age at 30 you've got a problem 😂
I'm more concerned that apparently noone can do basic subtraction and addition...
@Mandalore: STOP making me laugh. But, seriously isn't this just 2023-1993=30
All i have is a laser measuring tool, so my cat is excited, but I'm still not sure how old i am.
It wasn't on 2023
Instructions unclear: I was born in 1899
Math is hard
or..... just remember your age...
Our kid is smart:)
Laughs, I have a question for you. Is "years and years and years ago" somehow longer than simply years ago? laughs
Thanks for watching. I guess it's a culture/area term that I grew up with. But yes, when you start getting to the top of the hill and heading down the other side, years ago was just the other day, and years and years ago was back in the far reaches of whats left of the memory.
@@the_average_american7396 So, that would be a "no" then.
I have 3 of these. wonderful grinders! You will never want to use another grinder for home use!
Like it but have an issue with the feeder can that extra top metal piece can be removed it is annoying feeding it
Thanks for watching. Yes it is annoying, and it is spot welded on, so it is not easily removed. I dod removed mine without too much effort.
Do you have a recipe you can share on the kielbasa?
Thanks for watching. I don't have the recipe. It was one that my son had brought home with him from his time in Poland. The recipe varies from region to region, and this was the one he wanted to try. My best advise is to look at recipes form the area you interested. The web is full of them.
Is your fish hold refridgerated? Thanks for sharing the video, very cool to see.
Thanks for your comment. My fish hold was not refrigerated. I would load on 3-4 of the 6 Brailer Bags with ice, and after we threw the fish in the hold we would bury them in ice. We were only out for a 12 hour period, and the internal temp of the fish would be less than 40 F by the time we got back to the dock. My son fished out in Bristol Bay and most of the boats out there use the refer system.
pretty good design
Where do you get the attachments? I don't see them on the website. Are they aftermarket?
Thanks for watching. Everything in the video comes with the grinder. However, I do recommend getting a sausage stuffer instead of using the grinder. It is a lot easier and I feel the sausage turns out a lot better.
@@the_average_american7396 awesome thanks! I'm hoping to be able to get something. maybe later I can get the sausage machine too!
You kill bears? Ugh, disgusting. Leave them alone, you awful killer of wildlife!
I'm buying this very same grinder next week April 3, 2023. I'm wondering if you are still pleased with it and if you've had any problems or might have any suggestions! Great video, liked and subscribed! 👈🙋
I like it more every time I use it. My brother recently purchased the 1 hp. model and he runs it almost weekly. Suggestions are just to keep the parts as cold as possible for the best results. Also, I use the sausage stuffer instead of using the grinder. It is extra money, but well worth it in the end.
@@the_average_american7396 thank you very much! I'm an old fart these days, and I've been thinking the same thing on the stuffer. I'm buying the stuffer and the mixer in May. I'm too old to mix that cold meat by hand and that 1.5 hp marries up to their mixer. I'm kind of on the fence with the MEAT stuffer though. I watched a video of a guy cranking until his arm came off 🤣 to return the plunger to top position. I might buy another brand stuffer that has the 'High Gear' return or an electric if it's American made 🇺🇸, but I have a month to decide. You've sold me on the grinder tough. 🙋 Thank you very much for the response!
Good luck. My brother also has the mixer and it is nice. I agree on the stuffer. The gear ratios need to be better. However, they do make the sausage turn out better in the end though. I usually have my grandsons do the cranking.
@@the_average_american7396 thank you very much! 🙋
@@the_average_american7396little late to the conversation but reading all I can I can’t decide between the 1.0hp and the 1.5hp it’s over 200 bucks difference and I am just getting started I bought a small grinder made it 2 weeks!!! Time to upgrade but you said your brother has the 1.0 I really like the sausage mixer and being able to couple to the grinder I don’t know if the Meat 1.0 will do that I know the 1.5 will. Any suggestions or recommendations would be appreciated thanks 🙏🏻 have a blessed day
Thank you for the video! I just killed my two and a half year old bull and I'm buying this very same grinder April 3, 2023. I've been researching everything I can find in meat processing equipment for home use, and this 1.5 hp MEAT grinder is an American made workhorse. And from what I've seen from some of the comparable commercially made products, this one is half the price and hard to beat. I can't wait! Liked and subscribed.👈🙋
