This week I'm not so solo anymore. I met up with brian my new indonesian friend who lives in Bali. He showed me around south bali to see different beaches and cliffs. It was so much fun! If you've been to Bali and want to try really authentic food, denpasar is the place to be. That's where you can only find locals. I spent the day there hopping through different cafes and eating delicious indonesian bakso and sate. I hope you enjoy this one :)

Came across you looking for lodging closer to Ubud. Bali is a favorite of mine and was the last place I visited before COVID, and one of the first I returned to afterward. I always stayed at Paon Desa, about 4km northeast of Ubud proper and now I'm looking for a place closer in. I'm back in S.E. Asia in May and thought revisiting Ubud while "in the area" sounded like a good idea. I enjoyed ALL you content and hope you continue contributing!
