If you look at actual actions and consequences, Trump turned out to be much more 'for the people' than any other president from recent decades. Highest employment levels, job creation, no new wars, de-escalation Vis a vis old nemeses dictatorships, better trade terms, less regulation and government intervention, cheap energy, etc.
