Wow that was misleading. It said repeatedly so after the second jump I spammed it like crazy just to fall to my death. So I have to constantly press B to a rhythm and if a single screw up and it's to your death.

The remastered version is really nice. I loved seeing the updated CGI in this game.

Hey Shaun! Long time no talk! I just got finished with the video. First, I want to say that you're hilarious, I've always enjoyed talking to you, and everytime I think about Metroid Prime I think of you I get the struggle of not being sure how to find meaning in life and what you need to find happiness. I also get feeling like a lost teenager rather than someone in their 30's, I've felt like that before. Living on my own has for sure helped. But I do sometimes struggle with finding forward progress in life. There's no one answer that works for everyone of course. I know some people find that meaning through their religion but that simply doesn't work if you aren't religious. Some people find meaning through their career, but that doesn't always feel satisfying on a deep level. Personally when I'm at my worst, it's hanging out with my friends that makes me feel like life is worth looking forward to. I get what you mean when you say that you are your happiest when you're making someone happy. That you are sad when they're sad. It's not always healthy, but I naturally pin a lot of my joy in life out of trying to make someone else happy. You know, giving. Giving time, giving effort, showing I care. Maybe it's the aspergers like you said, I have that too. I feel like I can relate to most of what you're saying. I'm okay in this moment, but I've felt a lot of this stuff. I understand feeling viscerally, cosmically exhausted despite having money and support. I know you don't need me to say that you're going to feel better in the future, because you already clearly know that. It's just about figuring out what the hell you're supposed to do right now. Everyone knows you'll do it though man! Just takes time and effort, as always. You're a good dude and you've got this. I'm always around to talk if you want to!

Shaun I’m so goddamn proud of you man. You are a true inspiration to me as an older cousin, I admire you in so many ways, you’re amazing and you should know that! You’ve accomplished so much in life so far and I know you’re gonna continue to do so going forward!

Funny you mention the "i thought we were gonna morphball into that" on kraid. If you get bombs early, theres a secret way to kill him. You shoot yourself straight into kraid and blast him from the inside!

11:48 I'm actually not too sure why he's here. I have a few theories, however. 1. He is a prisoner. Simple 2. The choso took him in to treat him for an infection or disease he has. It's clear that purple goo that is on his middle hole isnt normal, and shooting it causes him pain. That's all I could possibly think on!

I'm so happy they decided to bring Kraid back and not ANOTHER Ridley. Shame they didn't do anything with crockomire (not sure I spelled that right)

I always remember how much I'd play this game as a kid on the Wii. I had thr trilogy disc and box somewhere, but i lost it. It would have been a great keep sake for me! You mentioned "I'm not sure why these Phazeoids show up late game". The log book on them states that they're residue from the seed after its destruction. It's indicated that they're semi sentient but are mindlessly aggressive and will attack anything.

honestly one of my favorite fights , especially if you wait and force him to enter his hypermode then it gets very fun.

First time actually playing this and idk why but I'm scared of robots in video games, when I first saw the mini quadraxis drone it scared me a bit

And now the big blue 200cc wr is one of the most optimized out there and honestly so fun to watch

In this boss i got hit from being farther away than you were even. It feels like the hitboxes were really messed up.

at .30, the way he goes from a lighthearted smile to seeing that it was a metroid game and quickly transitioning to an empty, stonefaced glare of disgust is cracking me up!!

Well I never knew that getting eaten couldn't kill you. I don't think the game expects the player to get eaten that many times in a row. XD Loved it. Sad you didn't do the rest.
