Bosmic Otim, it seems you did not understand what Hon. Tonny Awany was talking about. What Hon. Tonny Awany is talking about is about minerals. The Royalties concerning minerals was defined by google as follows: "Mineral royalties: Mineral royalties are paid by mineral extractors to property owners." The owners of the oil in Uganda are Banyoro and Acholi. This is why Hon. Tonny Awany was speaking the way he did. It would have been good if you, instead of shouting on UA-cam, you went and met Tonny Awany and discuss your disagreement with him in private. Puting your nonsense on youtube means you are targeting something which nobody knows, only you who knows. About inciting violence I do not know if you are aware that in 1980, after a peaceful general election, Yoweri Museveni who you are now very afraid of, incited violence against the UPC government throught violence. He took up arms, went to the bush without first going to the court and started murder. Many Ugandans who to day could have been living with us perished in that 5 years NRA and UNLA war. After Museveni took over power which he is holding todate, Museveni failed to take the late president Obote and all those who served under his government incluing military men to any court. Yet today, they (Museveni and his crooks) want each and every Ugandans to go to the court should they disagree with anything inclucing election. Museveni is the biggest violence insiter in Uganda, Africa and the world. He incited violence in Masaka when he wanted to arrest Hon. Ssigirinya (now late) and Allan Ssewanyana. The two MPs were detained in jail for allmost 2 years and when they were released, one of them died just few days ago. Nobody have been found guilty of the crime committed in Masaka. Another violence was between Acholi and Madi when Museveni and his thugs wanted to take Apaa land. Many Acholi sons and daughters died, nobody has been taken to the court nor found guilty. This is the kind of situation in Uganda and some of you seems to have no problem with it just because of fear. Leave Hon. Tonny Awany to do his job, if you are interested then wait for 2026 and remove him.
