Copia was anointed as Papa Emeritus IV which is why his robes read Emeritus IV and all the merch and official pages call him Papa Emeritus IV. He is not the same bloodline ( that we know of) but he is officially titled Papa Emeritus IV
Not sure, he is the Nihil and Sister's son. But Papa Nihil doesn't recognize him as his son.

JDMA 2000 not until 2023/2024 at least. Tobias Forge originally stated that Cardinal Copia was planned to be around for 5 years back in 2018 so technically he spent two years as Cardinal Copia and the next three years as Papa Emeritus IV.

He just collapsed during his Saxophone solo, I don't know where they got the video, but someone on UA-cam talked about it Papa Emeritus IV and they had the video of it in the background.
He had a heart attack. You can see during previous performances of Miasma that he almost collapses during his solos.

@@Leo-gm2tv Papa 3 was "removed" by his dad (Papa 0 or Nihil) and replaced with Cardinal Copia. Then he was killed by a Nameless Ghoul along with his brothers: Papa I and II. And now, Papa Nihil died, so Cardinal Copia ascended/was promoted to Papa (IV).
