I originally started my manga at age 10 as a series of random characters and by the time I graduated HS I put it to bed and was good with it. Now at 30, I pulled it back out and I’m on my journey. Cook, take your time, really get deep into your personal journey through your art and etc, learn yourself, your story will come to you. Go deep into the UVIworld, and bring out one of the most fire pieces of content the world has seen.

you should try making a name ( i think thats what its called ) of your manga. its where you draw your manga without words and try to make it readable! i recommend watching spilled inks video where they made there first one shot, they went to a manga editor and got there manga critiqued its really interesting!

Hello there!! I just noticed your video and I'm an art student currently learning animation. Been drawing for the past 7 years. Back when I was younger, I used to draw my own manga sheets but it suddenly got lost when we moved out to a new place. Currently, I already have my own characters and story planned I prepared for 3 years since I already have the character design sheets I'm working with. Hopefully yours go well too! Oh, are you also planning to do digital art in the future? And I can also recommend some good art supplies I'm currently using when I learned making manga back in high school in a Japanese school in my country. Another thing is to buy, a Mono graphic mechanical pencil. It's commonly used by mangaka artists. For inking, I would suggest Sakura pigma micron. And there is also screen tones like vinyl stickers for manga it's commonly used by mangaka artists as well to not waste ink and save time. And finally, a precision craft knife to cut the screen tones and paste it into your work. I hope you can read my comment and love your work! 🎉👍 Keep going!! Also btw subbed! ^^)b

16:29 Like on this part I believe a some-what mix of the the two will look the best. The original one looks amazing but not "anime-y", and the new one looks just off but more representative of anime. If you manage to reach the sweet spot of the two styles, I honestly believe it would create an interesting and distinguishable art-style.
