The Pour -
4:41-7:56
Welcome back to part 2 of Latte Art for beginners, this part will be all about mastering that love heart.
We understand how hard it is to pour latte art, so we've tried to shape a video that will break the pour down step by step to make it easier.
VISUALISE THE POUR -
Start practicing with water, this helps understand the movement of the pour without wasting any coffee or milk. By doing this, you'll help get the shape in your body and mind.
The Pour -
Remember to stay relaxed, raise the crema as neat as you can & Be confident with the pour its self.
Drop us a comment with anything you are struggling with.

    How did all the foam end up in the second pitcher after steaming?? Was it because you let the milk rest for a few seconds ? Or was it because it was poured a certain way into the smaller pitcher

    Gentlemen ! Gentlemen ! Your videos are amazing in terms of content and your talent. Both of you look into the camera and speak so well about what you know. Take it from a Baby Barista who is 63 years old who knows how to film ...please get your sound guy to do a better job for you. Get them to do 3 sound checks at least. Please get the camera person to get your pouring from the front angle or a couple of angles and then split the screen. Baby Baristas are out in youtube land looking for help and your milk splitting video really needs to be re-shot please. Amazing work that can become awesome. Thank you from Adelaide South Australia.

    How long do you introduce air for? That’s the part I find hard to work out

    • @TheNorthernBaristas
      @TheNorthernBaristas 3 роки тому

      Hi Christine, It really depends on what machine you are using as some are way more powerful than others. So we recommend you stay away from timing & Concentrate more on feel/Sound. For example If it’s making a squealing noise (like a cat) this indicates you need more air. Once your milk is stretched it should make very little noise. Really hope this helps, please drop us a message with anything you are struggling with & How your milk is coming along. TNB. X
