You just bring your passport with the visa and entry stamp in it and your I-94 to the Social Security Office within the first 2 weeks of arrival .

Congratulations on passing the interview dear, don’t worry too try to contact the embassy via call or email . Also the embassy should have provided you with shipping company details maybe you contacted them as well to find out about your passport.
