Upwork has the wors business models, charging job seekers money, not being open to other ways helping freelancers, and very unethical to run thier own business.... one of the worst platforms to be on... Thier algorithm is worst than what tou think, they have fake job postings so you spend connects and they show fake jobs and not refunding you for any connects spent on that fake jobs

Hi Alec. It seems that they removed the first option of creating a project.

This is what it says once when u get it "Rising Talent shows strong potential based on their profile and early success on Upwork." I think its based on the amout complete sections, like u said, and amount of portfolio my name is "Stacy Nyamekye" if you want to check it out for an example. But i dont know why i am still stuck on "proposal not read yet" for like 2 weeks ish now do u have any advice pls on what do on that and how to get more clicks project catalogue (sorry if u have seen my comment 3 times in reply i just cant see it when i press send on my end😭)
