Your big marble is mega shooter
Pepper mint swirl
He's got a lot of good stuff, nice bro!
Great marble collection so much fun to have marbles 😂
😂I’ve got a blue and white 2013 gixxer. Same reason I’m looking at this helmet. Or the icon ultra bolt.
Any chance in buying some
UA-cam has a lot of identification videos where collectors have identified what they have. They show you the marbles so you can see.
Those white agate looking marbles that have a orange hue they will light up under black light or uv light they have different hues of color they are moonies
I started last week. I bought those plastic storage organizers at Michaels.
Please 1
you did good son!
I have marbles I'm getting rid of would you like them
What kindnof marbles
@@iapickers green transparent
I can send you be a pic just tell me
Here's what I've learned. First the seams will tell you whether they are handmade and what process was used. Many sites online to help. Second is colors. Each brand has unique colors they may very close. Lots of sites to help with color and identification. If you're on Facebook join a few marble groups that helped me a lot
If you haven't already, get up with rock casteau on his you tube channel he know more about marbles then any one I know. He finds them everyday. An he has thousands of different kinds. .😁👍👍
Thank you I'm about to break out my little divider boxes and start sorting my marbles I've been collecting since 2010 marbles are taking over my life
I didnt watch the whole video, but I caught at 24:57, the smaller box in the middle is all Peltier rainbows.
Those are Bennington’s
OK 300 for all your boxes
OK 200 for all your boxes
I’ll give you $100 for all your boxes
Hi Devin, Those are a lot of marbles. I'll help a little. Box 1: a lot of cat eye and "caged" cat eye marbles, bottom right you may have a few Akro "augers" or "snakes" if they "cork" or corkscrew all around. (Most marbles that corkscrew pole to pole are Akros.) The sulphide dog is the only handmade and very old in box 1 and that is highly collectible. Damage does affect value on any marble. Box 2 all machine made (when I started I saw pontils everywhere, but early machine mades and even newer one can fool you, they can be awesome). More caged cateyes, but a lot of Peltier marbles, many Rainbos (spelled like that) and a few "bloodies" which are collectable Peltier Rainbos. The single color marbles are just Chinese checker or other game marbles, quite common. Small box 3: Left side nice Peltier swirl marbles. Black and yellow may be same with some Rainbos in there. Small box 4: more nice Peltier swirl -- these are vintage machine made, and there may be some Marble King in there too -- certain Peltier and MK are hard to ID which company, and may be a CAC (Christensen Agate Co.) in there. I think the green one you held up is a slag. A few tips: join some Facebook marble groups -- there are some great antique collecting groups on FB. I've been studying marble ID for 10 years, and it is the most complicated of all the things I collect. I mean costume jewelry ID is easier, almost anything is easier, but marbles -- you are in from a long journey, but its very gratifying when you get the eureka moments. Also get a black light and see which marbles fluoresce -- that will tip you on their age. Maybe later I'll try to finish the video and give you more input. Good luck!
I have added a bunch to the collection! Unfortunately my dad was just diagnosed with cancer so I am selling to get money to help him with Bills. I AM now trying to figure out how to sell my collection as since adding more It is overwhelming.
Have you figured out how to sell your collection bud? Sorry about your dad, that sucks. Best wishes
The marble that you say look like sea glass is railroad msrbles
The blue and white one with a clear base is a German swirl.
I see some cork screw's in there
You got some cool German clays in there!
The green and white with intricate swirl is a slag. They come in various colors.
That sulfide marble is awesome! If in perfect condition, you might get well over 100 for.
Most of what I see here is from the 30s 40s and early 50s multiple different brands alleys arko Bennington Christiansons MF Christiansons Peltier among a few others now little back history MF Christiansons ran from about 1890 about 1915 Christiansons ran from 1916 1929 these can be very expensive and to the right buyer highly collectible keep collecting and them down to your kids and grandkids that’s what my grandparents did with me and I’ve been hooked ever sense
I wish I could understand marbles.. I have so many back to looks like rock ones, I have a big one with a frog in it.. very pretty marbles. Some look chipped and cracked but some are in beautiful condition. Like no one ever touch them. Then I dropped nine on my stove and it busted. Guess I'll get some books
Like your collection
11:12 Bennington’s are very easy to spot they’ll be a little round circle on the bottom that is not smooth and that is because they were placed in A kiln you’d be surprised they can get $20-$30 each easy
How much would you want for the collection just curious
4:15 I’ve seen a few of these type they can fetch anywhere from one $50-$200 depending on the right buyer
A lot of your marbles seem to be from the 30s 40s and 50s which can bring different prices depending on which you’re looking at there’s many different types of brands alleys Arkos corkscrews and Pelts Most of these companies are from the 40s and 50s now I do see that you have some Christiansons and MF Christiansons the differences Christiansons ran from about 1890 to about 1915 from there 1916 To about 1928 MF Christiansons ran these can fetch anywhere from $100-$200 depending on condition each
