Good workout, thank you. I find the cues really helpful for instance when you explain how to engage your muscles, alternative if you feel your back is straining with the forward bend and breathing technique.

Hello! This video was great! Every 'beginner' ab workout video I have seen has always seemed... not very beginner friendly. This workout was actually beginner friendly while still being challenging at the same time. A perfect balance! I also appreciate the breaks after each exercise, and the deep breaths to go along with it. This is the one true beginner ab workout! Thanks for these great workouts!

Your advice is appreciated ... what do you consider the best exercise to get rid of belly fat , are most of your workouts good for that ?
yes my workouts can help you, - but keep in mind one of the most important think - you should eat less calories but spend more this way you will create the calorie deficit - and slowly you will start losing belly fat, don't do only cardio, 3-4 cardio workouts a week, and 2 -3 strength workouts.

@@jimmyparsons6486 No, to be honest i tried once protein powder - maybe 10 years ago, and my stomach feel not good at all - from that time - no any supplements at all - but it doesn’t mean for someone will work same as for me - maybe for others it feels good and helpful ! My protein intake ( chicken, salmon, eggs - beef(once or twice a week) , a lot of vegetables, saturated fats - avocado, nuts, olives, sugar- honey - organic from my hometown, this is the main, fruits not too much, carbs 100g a day,
