Not one frame of Hospital Bar... all shots were of Troublemaker...

When my boat tried negotiating Trouble Maker most everyone got dumped I was left spinning in a maelstrom unable to get out out. It was a high anxiety moment for my self and the brother/sister couple that were hugging each other in terror before I found a paddle to spring us free.

What flow???

They all failed to move back river left after going around the island upstream prior to entering the rapid. This made it so they couldn't tee-up the lateral wave in the entry and it pushed them way too far out in the turn. Also any power they added just pushed them further out. Entry: After going around the upstream island, work yourself back river left so that you are positioned to tee-up the entry lateral wave 1. Tee-up the entry lateral wave, get a bit of momentum to go through it and keep your bow downstream 2. Clip edge of the main hole with bow aligned slightly right 3. Game time decision whether to go right or left of gunsight rock

So awesome that the guide pulled the person back in literally as they were entering and the line still ended up working out just fine!

This is awesome to see. I went down river right in an inflatable kayak at much lower flow. Felt like I dropped 10 feet and hit a wall. I can see Indeed i fell ten feet and than hit a rock wall 😅
