Our journey through The Langkloof continues as we make our way from Eselbank to the historic town of Wupperthal and back to Clanwilliam.
More breathtaking scenery awaits with even a hidden waterfall that flows from the Eselbankriver and cascades down a gorge into the valley below. Resisting the urge to dive into the pool, we move along to explore Wupperthal untill we end our day at Traveller's Rest, a farmstall near Clanwilliam.

It's our first day on Driehoek Farm and we set off to explore the surrounds and tackle one of the many hiking trails in the area. We chose the 4,6km circulare route that leads to a waterfall and snakes pass a leopard trap. The resident leopard is named Scarface, and he prowls around the farm at night. There is a recorded number of 42 leopards in the Cederberg Wilderness area. Dates: September 2024
