How to make a moist and tasty chocolate cake in 30 minutes
Moist and tasty chocolate cake
Ingredients:
100 g flour
50 g cocoa powder
180 g butter
150 g semi sweet chocolate
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Beat the eggs , sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy
Use Bain-Marie method and melt the butter and chocolate and add it to the egg mixture.
Mix until combined. Do not over mix.
Add the cocoa powder to the flour and sift into the mixture.
Mix until combined.
Spread the mixture into a pan size 20 cm x 25cm
Bake at 340F( 170C) for 30 minutes.
Let it cool, then cut and enjoy!

مواد لازم
۱۰۰ گرم آرد
۵۰ گرم پودر کاکائو
۱۸۰ گرم کره
۱۵۰ گرم شکلات
۳ تخم مرغ
۱ ق چ وانیل
کره و شکلات را مخلوط و به روش بن ماری گرم کنید تا کاملا حل شوند.
تخم مرغها را همراه با شکر و وانیل خوب بزنید تا روشن و حجیم شوند.
مخلوط شکلات و کره آب شده را اضافه و هم بزنید. میتونید حدود ۳۰ ثانیه با همزن برقی کاملا مخلوط کنید.
پودر کاکائو را به آرد اضافه و داخل مخلوط الک کنید. میتونید اول الک کنید و بعد یکباره اضافه و مخلوط کنید تا یکدست شود.
در قالب با سایز ۲۰ در ۲۵ بریزید و مدت نیم ساعت در دمای ۱۷۰ درجه بپزید.
اجازه بدید کاملا خنک شود بعد برش دهید.
