Good video , one important thing that wasn’t didn’t mention, but was quickly flashed on the chart, is the chain grade rating , transport chains have to be grade 7 or better . The grade will be stamped on every 4th - 6th link , on old, well used chains it maybe hard to see without your glasses 🤓…. Also ….when tying any piece of equipment down , make sure the tie down chain isn’t anywhere near a brake line, brake pot, water line , oil line , or radiator …. Lesson learned the hard way 😮

Just take out a half page advertisement in Canada's major cities local daily newspapers. Advertise a job fair that would take place over the weekend at a local hotel conference room. Also you could go to Canada's high schools and make a presentation to the entire school (with the principle's permission of course) . Leave your business card with the high school students in Canada and also sign them up right at the high school.

Never saw you eliminate articulation pinning both frames together, might need gloves.

The strongest tied down is the shortest tie down. Most of the time crossing your chains means a longer tied down.
