Good video , one important thing that wasn’t didn’t mention, but was quickly flashed on the chart, is the chain grade rating , transport chains have to be grade 7 or better . The grade will be stamped on every 4th - 6th link , on old, well used chains it maybe hard to see without your glasses 🤓…. Also ….when tying any piece of equipment down , make sure the tie down chain isn’t anywhere near a brake line, brake pot, water line , oil line , or radiator …. Lesson learned the hard way 😮

Send recruiters to Canada. There are tens of thousands of unemployed people in Canada who would love a job in Construction. As long as you are willing to pay for their education expenses, Visa legal bills, and relocation expenses you will have more than enough workers in the construction industry from Canada. Just take out a half page advertisement in Canada's major cities local daily newspapers. Advertise a job fair that would take place over the weekend at a local hotel conference room. Have recruiters onsite at the job fair ready to hire construction workers onsite. Also you could go to Canada's high schools and make a presentation to the entire school (with the principle's permission of course) . Leave your business card with the high school students in Canada and also sign them up right at the high school.
