    If you play Qc2 instead of Qd3 then his knight on c6 is hanging after e5 Bf5. So that would have been much better as he wouldn't have had any good move to stop your threat of Qxh7+

    • @Simeulf
      @Simeulf День тому

      It would also allow Qc1 after g6 which targets the h6 pawn and keeps the pressure on c6. Also opening up for some Be4 ideas to further the pressure along that diagonal depending on his respnse to e5

    you spent so much time trying to reinvent the opening, i feel your ideas are all over the place - it is unclear what your overall goal was this game. If you spent more time in the middlegame there was an easy tactic after black's g4 in an attempt to kick your bishop!

    If you want to get to 2000, learn openings well, develop a style in the middle game, study endgames and get a teacher if you can.

    Hey im a 1300 rated player my puzzle rating is 1600 i play london or queens gambit as white but black i dont know any opening so how can i improve and to get 1500 elo

    • @wenchess1430
      @wenchess1430 5 днів тому

      Judging on the fact you play london/QG I think it's best to learn a solid positional opening as black like the Caro-kann and the Nimzo-Indian if you aim for results. I think what you want to do is get that puzzle rating up to at least 2000 so you are aware of all the tactical motives and finding them becomes effortless/automatic. This way you find the winning chances easily in your games. Generally as black, because white moves first, you want to be solid and aim for the draw, unless your opponent makes a mistake which causes a better position for you. And don't blunder pieces :) Hope this helps!

    This may be a low iq move but I personally would have moved the queen to D1 instead of the king to E2. Because he would sac his queen my taking yours, as opposed to him taking a rook and all your pawns absolutely free

    • @gabriel62
      @gabriel62 2 місяці тому

      It's g4! After Bg6, Bh7 or Bd3, White has a perpetual check with Re8+, Ka7, Ra8+, Kb6 and Rb8+. After Bc8 or Bc2, Rc1 wins the pawn on c3, and any other move just hangs the bishop. Bd7 is a move though, it keeps the game going if you're not an engine, and doesn't immediately lose or draw. Would've been interesting.

    Nice game. I always hate when people play these lines as white. Against this stuff I also go d5, they take with pawn, but then I do Na5 instead of Nd4. I find this stumps a lot of people. I get pretty good positions out of the opening. You have to play some accurate moves if they know the theory for that line, but it’s very easy to play as black.

    • @wenchess1430

    Advice, just make your life simple: king attaks your rook, move it immediately, sicne you retain the threat of promotion. And promote, dont wait you have the h file to hide your king, you would be just up a rook

    My jaw dropped when he blundered his queen hahahaha. That tactic he had earlier though was an amazing line he had to sac the bishop and get that knight fork. Weird he only just created the account, not sure how someone goes from playing amazingly to just blundering a full queen. Maybe didn't see the knight?
