Amazing price difference between the Edison "Concert" and the "Slot" phonograph!

This is my favorite Vaughn de Leath.! I would so love to have this 5,000 series cylinder but I'd settle for the Diamond Disc version. It's a slightly different but still enjoyable. No whistling, unfortunately. Sybyl Sanderson Fagan is my favorite whistler. She's amazing!

My Opera is also an oak model. Love the mellower tone of it's wood horn. You have a fantastic collection of 5,000 series. I'm binge listening to your videos! Thanks so much for sharing!

Fascinating. I've never even heard of this attachment. It's an interesting novelty to use occasionally but it operates with quite a jolt, I wouldn't want to use it too regularly.

Ok. After watching the repeat mechanism kick in, I see why they call it the “Lightning Repeater”.
