I am English by birth but now live in Australia and have been a fan of Rick's Restorations for many years and sad to see all we get now are repeats. However I am really pleased to se Tyler doing what he does now and I admire his work ethic so often missed by his age group. I am too old to do much now but did used to like doing restorations mainly on furniture or making furniture, jewel boxes etc and then distressing the piece I had made to make it look like a real old patina on it. I also dabbled in electronics, water colour painting and renovating the house I live in an old 1905 federation house which took me 12 years to complete. Now my "hobby" is computing and fixing them and I just love doing it. Just one thing though I wish Tyler would wear that bloody hat the right way round it looks so dicky the way he wears it😉
