Let’s practice our drumming coordination together!!
If you’re ready to build a strong foundation in your drumming coordination, then
“Coordination Foundation Level 1” is for you.
This six week interactive course contains all of the foundational exercises that I’ve used to develop my coordination on the drum set.
Each week of the course you will receive a PDF containing that weeks exercises, as well as a lesson video breaking down each exercise.
Then we meet each week in a Live Stream Practice Workshop, and we practice through all of the exercises together.
This course is all about practicing the fundamentals. Playing exercises slowly with metronome, and focusing on giving each exercise plenty of repetition and recall.
Sometimes practicing foundational exercises like these on your own can be tedious. It can be hard to stay focused and give the exercises enough time to become muscle memory. Practicing along with someone makes it much easier to stay focused, because you can keep each other accountable. So let me worry about the specifics, while you just focus on playing along with me.
We’ll focus on developing these four types of coordination.
Linear coordination
Stacked coordination
Dynamic coordination
Time Coordination
We’ll also work on
Understanding and implementing “The Grid”.
Basic Note Reading
Polyrhythms
Live Stream Workshops will be an hour and a half long. One hour for the workshop, and half an hour for interacting with each other and questions. Each workshop will be limited to 20 students.

I have a 22” Avedis, it’s little logo is gone. It’s still super good. I would choose one of the K rides alternatively though
