I believe the retirement crisis will get even worse. Many struggle to save due to low wages, rising prices, and exorbitant rents. With homeownership becoming unattainable for middle-class Americans, they may not have a home to rely on for retirement either.

Hello Matt... Have you ever been banned by any prop firms?

Watching this video again some 3 years later - this is exactly what I did, the only difference was that I used the money from FTMO to fund multiple personal accounts rather than just the one. I personally think the prop space was the best thing ever for retail traders….never rely on them for a living, because as we’ve seen recently any of them can disappear overnight. However, if you use your prop-firm profits to fund your own accounts then it can be truly life changing.

Say if you were only making/ withdrawing £900 a month on ftmo trading forex, While working full time on £25k salary. Would I register as ‘individual (natural person)’ and don’t need to apply for self assessment… or would I need to change my account to entrepreneur self employed and apply for self assessment - then expect deductions? If so by how much on £900 withdrawals

Though I doubt you'd recommend individual accountants in the UK, do you know of any websites, registers etc of accountants who have experience working with traders? I don't want to go to one who doesn't really know or have experience of the tax ins and outs of this unique industry and I end up with advice which means I pay more than I need to. What kind of leverage is this based on like 100:1 or?

Hi mat i have watched loads of videos about tax on you tube yours is the best by far. But can you answer a question for me I have just opened an account I was told by the broke to be expected from paying capital gains account I would have to use a spread account because they use stakes instead of lots its tax free so I went for it but the spreads aren’t good. Could I still use there raw account which little to no spreads and still be excepted from tax ? As long as I don’t have trader status? Please
