    • @jaybatt-zz2up
      @jaybatt-zz2up Місяць тому

      @@dmc_electric_1604 well a bender is a tool you can use all day long. I like making more and bettering myself whether getting more skilled or not wasting money on worthless tools. It's called skilled traders. Not just buy some tools and go for it. Running conduit is an art form. Which I'm guessing you don't care about. My guess is you're the guy that doesn't match coupling or bends. Probably uses three piece couplings. Whatever is fast and easy instead of getting better at your craft. Yes there's a right tool for every job and not all tools hit the mark some are a waste of money that take up room. As an employer I would want capable employees not a shop of needles tools. And if I did make up the rules we would all be better!

    • @dmc_electric_1604
      @dmc_electric_1604 Місяць тому

      @jaybatt-zz2up I've been bending pipe for 18 years. Yes, it is an art form. Everyone acts like it's so hard. It's probably the easiest part of the trade... it's literally math formulas and measurement. Do you not use a "tool" to bend 1 1/2" - 4" conduit??? So is that taking away from the "skill"??? So skill is loading a 4" emt into a hydraulic table bender, throwing on a no dog level and hitting a controller to bend it.. get put of here with that junk. I've bent miles of pipe
