Sorry it’s a bit long, but bear with it and enjoy. Just my favourite walk around my favourite city.
Good to see you back! Great video as always although I do feel that maybe you need some filming of more northernly routes? Say around Manchester and Cheshire maybe??? 😂
Hahaha - good idea Mr. Finch - we could do a double act.

Really impressed with how good the footage is! Yet another fabulous video! Keep them coming! 👍🏻
Thanks Chris. I enjoyed the making of it too!
Great video, loved the clear footage and the details of the diving depth etc. excellent viewing 👍
Thanks Mark, glad you enjoyed it.
Loving the sharp, superb video quality. Thanks for sharing ! Gracias.
Gracias, mi amiga. Good to hear you enjoyed the movie.
Did you say that it weighs only 8kg?
Yes - around that, before you add bottles etc.
Brilliant! Loving the new bike - looks amazing!
Thank you Mr Finch! His/Her name is Tigger, obviously!
Thanks for sharing your prospective intro! It shows your vids have a variety of content. Your subscribers are also waiting for some motorbike riding as well... It might need to be added to the intro, then !🙃
Ahhh... you read my mind chica. Waiting for my new motorbike (watch this space) and I've an idea how to add that. Gracis por tu comentario.
Looks like a nice place for a ride 👌
Thanks Stu... there are some nice parts of London if you look around.
First class as always - excited to see which bike you decided on. Hope you went for the Tiger.
Hey Chris, thanks for the message and for watching... wait and see matey, wait and see...
Nice work! glad the route works in both directions, hope it’s an improvement!
Thank you. It certainly makes the route quieter and more interesting as we previously used the main road down through Isleworth - Twickenham.
A great vid as always! Love finding traffic free routes to cycle along. Must be so much harder in the big smoke but so worth it! Looking forward to part 2!
Hey Mr. Finch... yes, this is quite a nice route. There are bits of it off-piste, but a lot still on fairly busy roads... Part 2 to follow soon!
ps. Bit concerned about you being overtaken by a skateboard ;-)
Ahhhh - yes... no excuses, other than him using the power of that electrickery stuff and me by that point using the power of a cup of coffee and a sandwich...
Geezer! Enjoying the ride-along. What's the deal with the blue markings the new cyclepath has across side roads it crosses? Is this just a heads-up for road users, or do cyclists have right of way?
Morning Matey. I think it's meant to be a bit of both - car users are meant to give way a bit there too... but you still have to be extra careful, 'cos they won't.
Ah another classic! Love watching these - good to have you back! 👍🏻
Thanks Mr Finch. Glad you're enjoying them.
Panininini that was a workout and a bit in this tunnel! Well done you! 😎
Hey Panininini! Yes, that was a fun one. Thank you for watching :)
Gracias por recomenzar a grabar videos. Sumamente desagradable la experiencia con la tienda de bicis. They're terrible... Uy !!! Tuviste que cargar tu bici a cuestas...
Si, soy un superheroe! Thank you for watching Cris!
@@justjamesey5347 ¡Es un placer!
Great to see you back James. You’re looking well. That’s a long tunnel and great workout with lifts out of order!! How long is the tunnel in total? Greenwich is a lovely area. We took a river trip to there a few years ago and spent the day looking around when we stayed.
Thank you Gez. Good to hear from you. Hope you and Tim are well. Yes - that is definitely a fun route. Thank you for watching!
Amazing sea life James. Great stuff
Thanks Paul. Glad you enjoyed it.
Excelente video, James !!!
How’’s life?. JustJamesey~Yeah, this is beautiful -catch you later~
Hi Jamesy what size bike is the Orro?
Hi Jon, this is the small frame - I'm 165cm tall and this fits me well - even better after a bike fit - although not much had to be done there.
1 Jamesy power engine 😂😂😂🎉
Funnily enough - all of my bikes came with that particular power unit
@@justjamesey5347 variable power day to day too lol
Hahaha exactly... not much yesterday or today... the engine has a bug!
Beard suites you 👍🏻 pleased you got your tickets sorted out. Loved the music reminded me of the 70’s and 80’s 🙌🏻🚴🏼♂️
Thanks Gez. Yes - glad about those tickets! Thanks for the feedback... I wasn't overly convinced about the music - glad you enjoyed it.
London Riding is just a different beast altogether isn’t it James, I used to love it but it can be a nightmare if you’re not used to riding in such free for all crazy busy place 🤣🙌🚴🏻♂️ Great vlog buddy and I hope you’re well 🤗
Hi Mark. Yes - London riding is very "different" at times :) (The potholes are often even worse than the nutters!) Thanks for the feedback. Hopefully see you in the near future on an FCC ride!
Booo! Keep the beard!
Hahahahaha. Let's see...
@@justjamesey5347 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Although you can never have too many bikes, I’d free up space by getting rid of one of your current bikes (as your flat won’t get any bigger!) And I’d wait for the new bike - you’re local bike shop will undoubtably appreciate your custom and you never know, it may arrive in time for your birthday! Oh and love the jersey! Good to have you back! 👍🏻
Hey Chris. Hmmm - on the one hand I do agree with you about space... however, that's why God invented wall brackets... (there is the option of putting one somewhere). True - the lbc will appreciate the custom... I guess I will probably wait and have it for my b'day.
@@justjamesey5347 Wall brackets sound like a great idea - hadn’t thought of that. And you get free pieces of art along the wall too! It’s a win, win! 🤣
Cracking return vlog James 🙌🏻 winter bike, I would choose to keep the one you enjoy riding the most out of the two you’re deciding. Your new Orro bike sounds fab. Tim and I ordered Ribbles for winter bikes back in November, not expecting them until June (hopefully) if that helps deciding what to do. Your new jacket/jersey is a great colour. Loved your tags especially about the Houses of Parliament 😂 Hope you get your issues sorted with the Police. Tim & Gez 🚴🏼♂️🚴♀️
Hey amigo James. Bonitos lugares a dónde vas y claro que se disfruta esas rodadas. Es como ir pedaleando a tu lado por eso lugares. Saludos
Thanks Gez (and of course, Tim). Isn't it great, waiting for new bikes? There will be a thrill when we get the phone call or email at last to say the bikes are ready. I'm sure you guys can put lots of miles on the Ribbles over the summer too. Hope we get to meet up on an FCC ride this year and we can compare. Have fun guys.
Hola Armando. Es bueno saber de ti. Como estas? Espero visitar Mexico algun dia pronto y podemos ir en bicicleta juntos. Cuando empiezas tu canal de UA-cam? Cuidate amigo!
Nice one buddy, I would have to move my garmin over so it was central with the stem though, maybe I’m ocd 😂 great Vlog mate
Hi Tim, thanks for the support! Glad you enjoyed the ride. Right - that's you and Heidi finding the Garmin position offensive... I'm going to have to work on it now, hehehe. Must try harder!
Great vlog and route James. Think I’d worry in all the busy traffic!! Loved the country parts. 🚴♀️
Hi Gez. Thanks for watching. You do get used to the traffic, unless it gets too close. My favourite part was through Bushy Park - so lovely!
Kingston looked lovely. Nice Vlog, however I was distracted by your off centre Garmin, I would have to sort that and swap its position with your bell 😂
Hi Heidi. Thank you. I did try to get the Garmin closer to centre, but the bars and cables got in the way a bit... I'll try to find a way to make it less offensive, hehehe.
Always love finding new routes and putting different routes together! Loving the vlogs - can’t believe this is number 17 already. Wouldn’t have thought that I’d watch that many about road cycling! You need a mountain bike my friend! 🤣 Keep up the good work!
Thanks Chris! Glad you're enjoying the rides. Got my hybrid for the canal and soft-road stuff. Wish I had room for a mountain bike too!
Absolutely superb vlog James it was a real pleasure to finally meet you my friend and I loved the ‘day spar’ in your room 😂🤣 Keep up the great work you legend 🙌🚴
Cracking vlog James, great to meet you and hopefully we will ride again together on another FCC ride
Thank you Nigel. It was great to meet you too. See you really soon.
How lovely to meet you James , ii’m glad you enjoyed your first FCC ride. We are a good bunch x
Thank you Heidi. It was a great day and yes - the FCC are a cracking bunch. Great to meet you.
That was great James, you’re a great vlogger and I’ll look forward to watching more as well as riding with you again 🙂👍
Awww, thank you Mark. Very kind of you. I look forward to the next ride too.
Really lovely vlog James, the music was really uplifting and made a really nice change, was so good to meet you, I'll look forward to your next vlog and hopefully see you again soon! 🚴♀️🚴🏻♂️😊
Thanks Amy. I had a great day and it was good to meet you too. Thanks for the feedback on the video. Much appreciated. Yes - hope to meet again soon.
Brilliant buddy great sound and film quality too, sorry you didn’t get a decent nights sleep mate. Hope to ride again soon, if you fancy coming up again for a spin let me know, 😊🙏
Thanks Tim. I certainly will let you know. Looking forward to riding with you again soon.
Fantastic vlog James. You captured the day so well. It was a pleasure to meet and chat with you. From Gez & Tim 🚴♀️🚴🏼♂️
Thank you Gez. It was great to meet you and Tim. Hopefully we'll ride again soon.
You are so skilled and talented my dear friend! :) please make more content like this one! :)
Thank you.
Great job my friend 👍
Many thanks!
Wetter than an otters pocket 😂
Hehehehe how true!
Good to see the Webbed Wonder is still there! Must be at least 25 years. Nice to get a mention! Thanks again for the chauffeuring... you’re quite the motorist!
My pleasure as always, Al. See you soon.
Good to see you back on a vlog James!
Thanks Paul... holidays coming up, so hopefully a few more vids on the horizon.
Another great journey! Impressed at the fact that you don’t have to travel too far to find some greenary. And I loved the bike review - will definitely think of purchasing one for myself! (Except that I will never go to the Dark side - mountain bikes forever! 🤣🤣🤣🤪)
Thanks Chris. Glad you enjoyed the ride. It was about 12 miles out to the scenery, then the lovely loop and the same back. Hmmm - don't knock the road bikes - I'm a true convert, but still love the hybrid too.
Hii man nice vid :) would you recommend the bike?
Hi Lewis. Thanks for the feedback. Yes - I totally love this bike!
BTW I’m enjoying the Vlogs, but find the riding alarming... too much the back seat driver, or should that be pillion rider?! 😃
What's alarming about the riding? Or is it that you country boys are just not used to the traffic any more?
Regarding the nutrition/energy, I used to find anything up to an hour in the saddle, didn’t seem to make much difference if I ate anything. Over that time, without a gel or a bar I’d “bonk” and energy levels would be down for the few hills we get round here. Popping something every half hour, whether I felt like it or not helped no end. From what I’ve read the experts seem to agree. I’m running more than riding at the moment. I’m not a natural and I’m finding the right meals make a difference. Something bagely two hours before seems to work. Refuelling afterwards seems to be important, days when I have a protein shake straight after the run leave me feeling ok the next day. If I don’t eat properly, next day I’m a creaking mess... or so it seems. All a learning curve, but any advice much appreciated.
Thanks Al. I'm pretty much doing what you're doing there - refuelling every so often on the ride - with a little stop to do that. And yes - something hearty before heading out too and a feed afterwards is always a help.
You don’t hear the word “twonk” used enough these days 😉
Do you know... it was the first word that jumped into my head & mouth at that moment! Let's revive it!
