It works fine until I restart creo, then it no longer applies the changes. Any ideas why that happens? It would help a lot! Thanks!
Line thickness are defined by standards. As such, I always used default pen-tables. Creo would automatically adapt to the standards. One need to change only if one need something other than the default linetype series. Say 0.8 series or 1.2 series. For normal machine drawing, 0.6 series is good enough.

Would you be kind enough to do one example of defining a bending components?
You can select the entire part/all solid surfaces by selecting the part name in the model tree rather than a seed-boundary selection method. Another little tip I like to teach now is moving all my Pub Geom features into the Footer of the model tree. Creo Skeleton models are also worth discussing in this context. Great topic!
