This is the first video on owerri that has impressed me.Welldone! What l think the government of lmo state should do that would really transform owerri is use that concord boulevard as a template for owerri.All the areas in owerri should look like that concord boulevard, with trees on both sides of the road and in the middle and build walkways for school children and pedestrians and sweep sands from the roads.Then owerri will truly be a first class city and destination for both investment and relaxation.Thank you.
